Good evening Little Ones! How has your day been so far? I thought that I would give you another product review, since that's what you wanted! BUT, I want to get into more baking, so when I'm 100% better you can expect to see more recipes! I have filmed a video on this product, so if you want to check that out, then click here!
If that's not your cup of tea feel free to stay where you are, carry on reading! So, without further or do, let's crack on with the review.

THE PACKAGING:

Well hello Dior! This is the only foundation, and beauty product that I own by Dior ... First impressions, I'm wowed! Exceedingly elegant, yet simple ... I adore the flash of monochrome metal and black contrast; it dazzles just like a star, how fitting?
Dior have remained consistent throughout this entire product, tying in micro detailing, for instance, the initials of Christian Dior placed elegantly on the lid cap; it makes it feel personal, embellished and worth your cash. It's almost like you have an autograph by Christian Dior.
What else can be said? That's right, I do love a glass bottle, especially when I've paid a large sum of money, my other favourite feature on foundation would have to be, the trusty pump. Thank you Dior for including a pump! I loath nothing more than having to pray that foundation doesn't spill over my hand; due to NO pump. But as you can tell by the lovely photographs, there is a pump.
Overall, this is a beautiful looking product, defiantly something to place on the mantelpiece.

THE PRODUCT:

Now onto my favourite segment! Does this product work? Well if you have oily skin, this product is going to melt into the skin; (in a good way) ... But if you suffer with dry skin, like myself, it's difficult to work with. BUT, if you prep the skin correctly, this is the PERFECT foundation. Before you apply this foundation, PLEASE exfoliate your skin, I can't emphasis this enough! If you don't, this foundation will cling onto your dry patches, and make you question why you even purchased this in the first place. And for the love of God, please prime and moisturise the skin ... Just please. Doesn't have to be the best; but please! After putting in all the hard work, it DOES pay off, this gives your skin such a glow, it looks so healthy, while giving you medium to full coverage. This product lasts around 6 hours, and then you do have to powder; just like other foundations.
Fundamentally, when I purchased this foundation I didn't get along with it, and I didn't see the point in prepping my skin ... But, it's such a beautiful foundation, it turned into my favourite, until I discovered my beloved YSL All Hours. But this is a close second, even replaced my Nars Sheer Glow, and we all know how much I loved that foundation.
Just to mention, the shade range is fantastic, I purchased the shade, Ivory 010-which is the lightest shade they had available. It suited me, it was slightly too dark, but when I apply concealer on top, you can't notice. I am extremely pale, so finding a foundation that suits my skin-tone is a challenge.

THE PRICE:

Yes it's Dior, it's going to be expensive ... But I love the product, and it's completely worth, £35. This is slightly more than my YSL foundation, which retails for, £33.50. Yes it's pricey, but if you weigh up all the benefits, you can really get your money out of this product. It took me a while to fall in love with this product; but it was completely worth it.

If you are curious to purchase this product, I'll leave a link below for you!

That is it for today's blog post, I hope you enjoyed the read, and please do tell me what you want to see next! I love you all so very much, stay safe and stay tuned Little Ones! :) x x x

Good afternoon Little Ones! Now that I'm wide awake, I thought that I would start the day with a good old fashioned blog post! I'm currently sitting up in bed, trying not to sneeze on my laptop; yes the flu has taken over me, but I'm perusing on! I took to Instagram and Twitter, and yet again you wanted a product review, so I'm giving you just that. I've already filmed a video on this product; if you want to watch that then click here! If not you might as well stay here! Anyhow, let's get on with the blog post!

THE PACKAGING:

Well hello! Their iconic oak tree stables Origins, it's simplistic yet pristine, it doesn't appear to be cheap in the slightest; maybe medical? But that's not a bad trait to obtain, especially  for a skincare company. Is it the BEST packaging I've seen? No, but it's definitely not the worst, it's simple, that's all there is to it I'm afraid, if you came here for an essay in this department, your going to be disappointed. But something I will mention about the packaging aspects is the tube, and funnel ... The tube makes it easy to travel with as it's not bulky or awkward to pack. In relation to the funnel, (where the product comes out of); it's the perfect size, that may sound strange; but I've used other products where it's TINY; and it takes FOREVER to squeeze the product out of the container. But I don't have that issue with this, it''s something so slight; but for me that could ruin the overall performance of the product.

THE PRODUCT:

Now onto the main event! How does this product perform? Let's say a little goes a long way, I've had this product for nearly a year, and I use it at LEAST once a month, and there's still more than half in the container; so if you are hesitating at the price, this will last you for at least a year, so keep that in mind.
Once applied to the skin it feels refreshing, and there's no pungent aroma attached either. I know with some skincare products this can be a massive issue, but not with this product. When applying the product it glides on like a dream, doesn't clump up, and doesn't slide off the skin; it stays put! A short amount of time on the skin and it starts to tingle, but it's not painful, the only way to describe it, is that it's doing something to the skin; without causing irritation to the skin, eyes, nose or mouth area.
After around the 10 minute mark the mask it utterly dry, but it doesn't make your skin feel like the desert; which is always a plus. When it's time to take it off, you have to remove it with a wet towel or you will have to stand in the shower for a while; making sure there are no bits still attached to the skin-believe me I've been there.
Now for the part you want to hear ... When you run your hands over you face, it feel SO SMOOTH! It removes the dead layer of your skin, as well as getting into the pours and cleaning them out. If you have any spots, they disappear within a few days, honestly it really works, I had a beast on the side of my neck, and it went away within 3 days. But the result after I'd just taken the mask off, the spot had become less swollen, and the redness was nearly gone.
I've been using this mask for quite some time, and it never let's me down!

THE PRICE:

Now for the price reveal, before I state how much this is, you have to remember, if you suffer with severe acne you've probably spent hundreds of pounds to improve the skin. This products comes to a grand total of, £25. Which isn't too bad, it lasts nearly a year, controls acne, doesn't irritate the skin, and generally works.
Like I've mentioned in other blog posts, I'm not here to say if this is too much, or too cheap; whatever you feel that'll work for your skin, you can spend as much or as little as you want. This is just my personal opinion, and in my opinion it's worth the money, it's worked for me, and my partner; who does suffer with exceedingly painful acne.

If you are curious to purchase this product, I'll leave a link below for you!

That is it for today's blog post, if you have any recommendation then please do let me know.
I love you all so very much, stay safe and stay tuned Little Ones! :) x x x

YSL ALL HOURS FOUNDATION REVIEW

YSL ALL HOURS FOUNDATION

If you want to keep up to date with that I do on a daily basis follow me on my social media above, and I'll be sure to follow you right back :).

Good morning Little Ones! Here is another product review, I've already filmed a video on this product, if you want to watch that as well, then click here! If you don't fancy that, then you might as well stay here. I've received a tone of requests to write a review on this baby, so that's what I'm doing. Sit back, relax and get on to reading!

THE PACKAGING:

YSL nail it again ... This will always be mentioned, as I've still yet to come across something that doesn't appear marvellous. Why not start with the uni-carton? Iconic golden goddess, how can you not resist? It simmers, and almost gravitates you to hold the product ... I'm a packaging addict so this is a problem to me; anyone else feel the same?
Now onto the foundation packaging! This foundation is coated in an eloquent matte glass bottle, something I've never seen from YSL before, they usually come packaged in a shiny glass component, but that;s something I love about this brand; they always switch it up and keep you on your toes. On the other hand, they've kept it simple, adding the harsh noir line makes it the centre point; and it's smart that they've integrated the line and placed the name of the foundation; this clearly differentiates each foundation that YSL produce.
In relation to the cap, I wish it was metal, instead it's plastic ... It doesn't match the matte glass, it's almost out of place. They've created such an opulent component, and finished it with a plastic lid; it doesn't ruin it completely; but they could've kept the metal lid aspect. But if that's the only flaw I can find; it's not the end of the world.

THE PRODUCT:

Firstly, my shade is BR10, COOL PORCELAIN, this is the lightest shade they offer ... Yes I know I'm rather pale, (not a shock). With me, finding a shade that actually matches my skin is a nightmare! But this YSL All Hours Foundation is PERFECT! The match is incredible, this foundation does oxidise so be careful and make sure you get colour-matched.
When you initially pump this foundation to the back of your hand, it pours out like liquid velvet ... Sounds odd, but if you purchase this product, you'll know exactly what I mean. The formula isn't so watery that it runs down your hand, but it's not so thick that it feels uncomfortable, it's literally the perfect consistency. Thus, when applying it blends out like a dream, I had no issue covering my entire face, and if I needed to layer, it wouldn't cake up or go patchy.
Something that I should mention is that this is a matte finish, so it's not meant for dry skin, but seeing that I'd fallen in love at the counter, I purchased a hydrating primer which coincided with this foundation. I have very dry skin, to the point where it flakes, (beautiful right?), without this primer, this foundation does settle into my dry patches and enhances them ... Not the best look, BUT if I use the primer I don't have this issue.
In relation to longevity, it lasts up to 9 hours, this is without me powdering! But if I was to add powder throughout the day, I could say that this would last 12 hours; it won't be the most flawless foundation day ever, but it's still on the skin.
On the other hand, something else that I should mention, is that this product doesn't have a scent, which I love! Additionally, it doesn't make me break out, or irritate my skin ... I would know as I suffer with eczema. All in all, this foundation is wonderful, the finish is stunning and it lasts such a long time. Remember if you do suffer with dry skin, just remember to exfoliate and moisturise your face to the max! It does work, but you have to go the extra mile; it's worth it I promise!

THE PRICE:

When I purchased this bad boy, I was lucky enough to have 20% off the original price, as my local John Lewis was conducting a sale! But normally this would cost, £33.50, which is a pricey foundation, it's the most expensive one I own to date. But who am I to say something is too expensive? Would I repurchase this product at the full price? Yes I would, because it works for me, and it's worth my money, if you feel different to that, then that's your opinion.
The features of this foundation make it worth the high price point, the formula is extremely long wearing, the finish is beautiful, and it even works with my exceedingly dry skin!

If you are curious to purchase this product, I'll leave a link below for you!

That is it for today's blog post, if you want me to review the primer that goes perfectly with this foundation then I will post that for tomorrows blog post! If not then please do tell me what you want to read next! I love you all so very much, stay safe and stay tuned Little Ones! :) x x x

Good evening Little Ones! I have a new review/first impressions blog post today! The skincare company Yesto kindly sent me a few products! Before you jump to conclusions, I haven’t been paid, I reached out to them, and I honestly didn’t expect them to get back to me … But here I am writing a review! If you love Yesto products then you will adore this review! If you don’t fancy reading then click here for my YouTube video! Sit back and relax and enjoy yourself.

THE PACKAGING:
First things first … How adorable is the packaging! When I first discovered Yesto their packaging is what captured my attention … They’ve still maintained their innovation, (in my opinion). I find it sleek, professional, and down right creative! Yesto, you really nailed the packaging game. I find the paper sachet: compact, durable and mess free, once your done you can throw it away; without having to worry about the mess. Something that I didn’t take a picture of was what came inside! But I did take note of this in my video! Within this little wonder you get: the charcoal mixture, a spatula and a paper bowl. Which some people may think is a waste of time. I think it’s genius! You don’t have to ruin your home-ware, you have it all in this package! Again, no other skincare brand does this; (not that I’m aware of anyway). On the other hand, in terms of the spatula it comes in handy. At first, I thought it was a waste of time, but it really helps when applying the face-mask, and it gets into hard to reach areas, for instance, the side of the nose.Something else that I find helpful, is that this product comes in two sizes, the one in this blog post, (travel size); and in a larger pot, for when you want to treat yourself to a home treatment once in a while. The fact that Yesto have thought about all their customers’ needs and expectations is why I am loyal to them, and why I continue to purchase their products.

THE PRODUCT:
Now to the main event, this is why you are all here! The product, does it work? From my experience yes! Now let me tell you how! First and foremost, the fact that you have to make this, makes me enjoy the experience even more, as it’s something I’ve created, all you have to do is add water, and any personal ingredients you want, and BOOM you have your very own face mask. That alone for me, is a very enjoyable experience.
Fundamentally, when you apply this to the face, it glides on like butter, and it doesn’t slide off your face! Which is amazing, as I don’t have to worry about the mess afterwards. It doesn’t burn the undereye area, and doesn’t irritate your skin. I left this on for a whole 20 minutes, and it was a pleasant experience. Of course, it’s going to tighten, but that’s expected with a face treatment. BUT the after effects is what won me over! When I took this off, (which is super easy), my skin felt so damn smooth! My skin was glowing … Yes glowing! None of my other facemasks did this! And they are more than double the price! I can’t even explain how amazing my skin felt, I wish you could’ve touched it! But based off of how beautiful the overall outcome was, I would highly recommend this wonder of a product!

THE PRICE:
I think you might faint when I tell you how much this retails for … £2.99. Let me give you a moment to catch your breath. That’s for the travel size, but if you want to larger container, that comes to the grand total of, £11.99, but is currently on deal at Boots for £7.99. Even so, £11.99 … That’s tremendous, and it’ll last such a long time! A little goes a long way with this product. Again, I can’t tell you what to buy and what not to buy, but if I had to recommend something, this would be the ideal product! I rate this over my Origins Gin Zing face mask … And I thought that was my holygrail until I found this. Price isn’t always everything Little Ones.

If you are interested in purchasing this product then please do click the links below! I’ve already put the two sizes there for you.

Sadly, this is the end of my blog post, but I will see you again in another one soon! I love you all so much! Remember to stay safe and stay tuned! x x x

YSL Product Review

Good evening Little Ones! I'm back in business, I had to overcome serious anxiety and depression, just throwing it out there. But I'm ready to get back into blogging. I will write a MASSIVE blog post on why I was away for so long; but on the more positive side; here is a product review! I've already filmed a video on this; but I wanted to write about it as well, let's me get back into the swing of writing again.
Without any further elaboration, let's get on with it!

THE PACKAGING:

Golden bliss ... YSL hit the nail on the head when designing this product. Walking around owning a gold pen has to be an achievement? Just me? OK.
It's simple yet breathtaking, in this scenario little is more, and YSL rock that motto. Who needs over-accentuate; when  packaging like this exists? The gold and black appearance is extremely iconic; when I come across a product that has this design, it's evidently YSL; they've claimed the gold and black appearance; while keeping it innovative. I've never seen a beauty product this bold before ... It's courageous and creative. Additionally, I adore their emblem placed on the cap' it's sophisticated, and doesn't shove it in your face. I know other brands like to CAPITALISE their logo, and shove it in peoples faces. But YSL position it in such a way where it's delicate, without looking tacky.
On the other hand, in terms of functionality of the product, they again passed with flying colours, it's compact so you can take it on the go without having to worry that it's taking up too much space. Also, the fact that you click the bottom of the pen to obtain the product is genius; it makes me enjoy using the product so much more. The only criticism I have, is that you can't tell how much product you have left, (as you can't see); you have the play the guessing game. But apart from that, I can't fault it.

THE PRODUCT:

Now for the main event. Does this product work? Keep on reading Little Ones. I purchased the shade number 1 luminous radiance, the colour match is perfect, isn't too light or too dark. For me I want a concealer which is slightly lighter, if not the same shade as my skin, as I feel a really white concealer would make me look odd; (this has happened, and I didn't like it). This concealer pen gives me the coverage that I want, without washing me out, and gives me a healthy finish.
If you want a heavy duty product that covers every blemish, this is NOT the product for you, I'm a very natural kinda girl, so this suits my needs to the ground. It glides on really easily with the fine tip applicator, and blends in effortlessly. In relation to staying power, it's quite high, on an average day it lasts up to 8 hours, and that's without me applying powder throughout the day; if I did then it would definitely last a lot longer.
On the other hand, I feel like this would suit people with dry skin, I say that because I have very dry skin and it doesn't stick to my dry patches; (which shows that it doesn't suck the oil out of my face). That being said, I have no idea how this would react to people with oily skin? It might not be the product for you, but what I can say is that in my oily spots (my chin), it stays put really well, but does break up eventually).

THE PRICE:

This wonder retails for £25, is that a lot of money? You decide ... I'm not here to say what's too dear, if you believe that this is the product for you, buy it, if not save your money and find something that you think benefits you without spending £25. For me personally, YES, I have extremely dry skin, to find something that not only matches my skin perfectly, but doesn't cling to my dry areas is a God send. Will I repurchase this when it runs out? Hell yes! It's worth my money, does what I need it to do, why wouldn't I?
If you think this is the product for you, click the link below, it saves you from searching for it yourself.

Thank you for reading this blog post, if you want to see more product reviews then please do let me know. I will see you in another blog post soon! Stay safe and stay tuned Little Ones! :) x x x

Advice-How to ace that interview

The perfect interview

If you want to keep up to date with that I do on a daily basis follow me on my social media above, and I'll be sure to follow you right back :).

Good afternoon Little Ones! Due to me moving jobs drastically I've gone through an extensive amount of interviews ... All of which was successful! It only pondered me to make this blog post, simply because my mother was so proud that every interview I go for, the likely hood of me passing overall is high-which is the case. Not to toot my own horn but I'm very presumptuous of myself, (in the interview world anyway). I thought that writing an extensive blog post on how to pass that interview; would be exceptionally helpful. And for the people that don't like reading, I'll be producing a YouTube video in a couple of weeks-just sorting out moving in!
Anyhow, if you would like to know my secrets, as well as a guidance on how to get the job, carry on reading.

If you want to read other advice blog posts, click here!

PERSONAL EXPERIENCE:

Welcome! I may as well start from my experience. As soon as I turned 16 I started applying for jobs, anywhere and everywhere I could. Walking into the working world without any experience is exceedingly daunting. My birthday is in February, and I wasn't called into an interview until September, and that was for a Christmas temporary job at Next. I remember being ever so excited, running around the house repeating, "I have an interview"-I can assure you I drove my parents potty; but they didn't care, because their daughter was moving up, (trying to anyway). But nervous waves took over, how was I going to ace the interview? There are hundreds of people with experience, more mature, how was I going to outshine the other candidates?
I will answer all these questions in another segment, but these questions are commonly asked, and there's never a good enough answer. From my perspective, I knew that in order to succeed I had to up my game.
Over the years it's become a lot easier for me, if I get called into an interview I know that I can do it. Since working in retail for over 4 years, I have the confidence and experience; but just like everyone else, someone has to start somewhere. A candidate can have all the experience in the world, but it's the way you present yourself as an individual.
In current affairs, I've had over three interviews in a week ... Yes one week! And I was offered all three jobs. Which was wonderful, because I was then able to pick the job best suited for me. And I want you guys to be able to do the same.

THE ANSWER:

There's going to be a LOT of reading, so bare with me! No fancy pictures! I just want to make sure you get all the relevant information, because believe me, this works!

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

Before you even consider the interview stage, really think about, why you want this job, how it will benefit you, and why you are the perfect candidate. If you can't answer those questions, that job isn't for you. DON'T work for a company and "wing it". Apply somewhere you can see yourself working, you'll be happier and healthier-mentally and physically. Believe me, I used to love my job, but management changed and it was draining; I came home so depressed, it wasn't worth it.
Start doing background information about the company, they WILL ask you. Every interview I've had, they've always asked me about the company. Don't ruin your chances by being lazy! And I'm not saying you need to learn 5000 facts. Just the basics, where they were founded, what was their inspiration was, how many stores, main achievements. If you pick three or four topics and remember them well, that's a foot forward to getting the job.
Key fact. Remembering is all well and good, but it's how you present yourself. If you spew out all the information without context or real passion; the interviewer isn't going to be impressed. Anyone can learn key facts and figures; but it's how you bring it to life that matters. A way in which you can do this is, when they ask you, "what do you know about the company"? Hit them with a curve-ball, start with an interesting fact, this could be: a key achievement recently, of when they were first founded. They will be shocked that you opened up with something original. Remember, they've been interviewing for days on end, they are expecting you to start with, when they were founded and where-everyone does that! I use that basic information as a closing tool, because it still shows that you know about the company, without sounding like you are reading from a text book.

ATTITUDE:

Interviews are nerve-wreaking, but don't let the anxiety gobble you up. This is the make or break for you getting the job, if you can't handle the interview process, they'll assume that you can't handle the job, (depending on what you are applying for). In my perspective, when I started,I found it very hard to stay calm; I was so nervous I didn't think I was able to walk into the store and register that I was here for my interview. But I wanted to be mature, I wanted to make my own money and spend it the way I wanted-my motivation stayed by my side and aided my anxiety. If you look at the bigger picture, and take it seriously you will get the job, experienced or not.

If you have to take something away from you today, this is it. The key phrase here will be motivation and will-power. If I have to repeat this phrase over, and over and over again,I will! I would not be where I am today if I wasn't for my pure determination. I used to work in a phone company, not naming which one because it's irrelevant, but when I started out I adored my job. I hit all my KPI's monthly, me and my manager got on really well. But behind the scenes the pressure was added, and it hit my manager hard, to the point his watch had to tell him to breath. He was wonderful and I couldn't fault him-but the pressure he would place on his team was depressing. I lost my passion for my job, I cried near enough every-time I came home from work, and it was ruining my relationship with my partner, as he would see me so devastated.
It took me 9 months to find a new job, and I stayed in the one that was making me so unhappy, because one, I didn't want to give up and not earn any money ... That is not me, and they aren't my morals. I will sick through something, no matter how much I despise the situation. I went through 9 months of applying everywhere-but it was either full-time which I couldn't commit to, or temporary work; which I wasn't OK with. But eventually, all in one week I was called to three interviews, aced all three, offered three jobs; and managed to pick the one I wanted.
I'm 20 years old, studying at a great University, and a member of management at a great company.
The reason why I'm saying this, is because in my mind, nothing could get any worse, I was at rock bottom, and I still managed to not only stay there for 9 more months, but I was able to pick my feet up and obtain an amazing job.
The key point is determination. Without that you won't get anywhere. I can promise you that. If you can graft and stick with something, you will rise to the top, and if you don't get it the first time, you try again; until you get where you want to be.

BODY LANGUAGE:

Walking into an interview, all eyes on you ... Please don't slouch. Walk in with a smile on your face, appear happy to be there! This is your time to shine and no one can take that away from you. Shake their hand, ALL interviewers will be impressed with, your manners and professionalism. Sit up straight and keep eye-contact with them. If you are looking around the room, it shows that you aren't interested ... They judge you within the first 10 seconds, so make that time count!
There are so many facts and features about body language, but do the basics. Such as, when talking, make sure you are clear and confident. You are selling yourself to the company, make them want to buy you! If you believe in yourself, they will gain trust as you as a candidate.
If you start to stutter, or repeat yourself, it shows that you haven't come prepared for the interview; and believe me you don't want that impression to be made!
And please for the love of God dress smart for the occasion! PLEASE DON'T show up in jeans or trainers ... They will notice. Rock out a suit, it doesn't have to be the most expensive, but just look smart- that's their expectation, ALWAYS.

Overall Little Ones, I want you all to do your best, and be the best you can be. Competition is hard out there, so make your voice be heard. I'm not saying this is the perfect concoction, but this has worked for me, and I've made it through my interviews.
Again, if you want one word of advice, it's determination! That's your sink or float.

I hope you all have a wonderful day, I'm going to brush this thick hair of mine and get to work! I love you all so very much! Remember I'm going to be making a YouTube video about this topic very shortly so keep tuned for that!
Stay safe Little Ones! :) x x x

Hello and welcome to another review! I've discovered a new love and of course I wanted to share it with you lovely people! What are your plans? I've just finished watching stranger things season one! Oh my gosh I'm obsessed, if you haven't seen it, watch it! Season two is coming out in October, I can't wait! Anyhow, if you adore hair products, (and your hair is way out of control), you will love this!

THE PACKAGING:

As you all know by now, I'm a packaging addict! If it looks pretty I'm suckered into buying it ... I know it's a bad trait, but I can't help it. Come on though, it's rose gold! Where have you ever seen rose gold shampoo packing? I can guarantee you've never seen it! If you have you'll understand why I'm obsessed. Anyhow, I find the matte bottle and shiny rim around the lid so elegant and eye-catching. It beats the typical colour scheme of: blue, white and red. Kerastase is highly innovative, and their packaging reflects how well their products perform, believe me I've been using their merchandise for a number of years; and I've always been impressed with the quality of the design and the performance. In addition to this, I love how they've maintained the same font, simply because you can differentiate their brand from all the others, as well as keeping their sophisticated image. They are consistent throughout, which makes not only me, but their loyal customers devoted to the brand; too big of a change and it can make people run in the other direction. On the other hand, Kerastase colour co-ordinate hair type, for example rose gold is for curly thick hair, whereas dry hair is an emerald green. It helps customers remember what colour to go for, instead of reading the small print and getting confused and impatient. I think that's enough about packaging don't you think? Let's move onto the performance!

THE PRODUCT:

Here to the main event! Does it actually work? From all the positive connotations, yes it does work, but I don't know if it'll work for all hair types. From my perspective I have exceedingly thick hair, to the point where I have to get my fiance to brush the back; it actually hurts my arms. For a while I was using Kerastase damage shampoo, and I enjoyed it, but the formula was too dense and didn't distribute as well as I's hoped. So I went back to the drawing board and tried something new, which is why this review is being written. Let me just say, Kerastase really nailed it on the head with this unruly hair shampoo! It's creamy in consistency, and the lava level is out of this world! It's reaches to the scalp and the ends of your hair, it feels squeaky clean and smells beautiful! Although when I saw the bottle I was sceptical, simply because it wasn't very big in comparison to my other shampoo package. But a little really does go a long way, which is fantastic. I've owned this product for just over two months, and I haven't even gone through half; I wash my hair 2-3 times a week, so I'm not going easy on the product either. I believe that by the end of October it'll disappear, and yes I'll be repurchasing the same shampoo, it works well for me, so why not.

THE PRICE:

Now the dreaded price, something that people hate. Is it a lot of money? You can make the decision based on: how much you need the product, and how care-free you are with your money. You earn it, purchase whatever you fancy. I purchased this from my local hairdressers Stonehills, and retailed for £18.60; which is the same price online. Now some people may say, wow that's a bit excessive, in my opinion, no. I was searching for the perfect shampoo that could really clean out my hair, and reduce frizz, this product does that 100%; it makes it easier to brush when soaking wet and damp, (which Chris loves). In addition to this, as mentioned previously, it's lasted me over 2 months, and I haven't even used up half of the product. If this is too much for you there are plenty of drugstore shampoo's out there, Aussie is a great alternative; but I do prefer my Kerastase to be perfectly honest.
If this product is grabbing your attention and you wish to purchase it, click the link below and have a little wonder.

Anyhow, this is now the end of my blog post! I have something else coming out tomorrow! It'll be in the advice category, and I'm also planning on making a YouTube video as well; so keep tuned for that! I hope you have a wonderful day, I will see you Little Ones tomorrow! I love you all so very much! x x x

Good morning! As promised here's another blog post! Prewarning, if you don't enjoy long winded chatty posts, you probably won't like this one; simply because as you can tell by the title, it's a life update. Anyway, how have you all been? I know it's only been a day, but I care about you! After I've written this I'm heading to John Lewis to purchase a new bag! Believe me I'm in need of a new one. I may even do a review, (depending if I find something I like). Wow, I'm rambling again, ever so sorry! Let's get back to the post! I have no idea how I'm going to write this, it may be in an array of questions; but why not go with the flow.

Where to start? Let's roll the dice ... Engaged life? How is it? Sounds silly, but exactly the same as being with someone, but I guess it's nice having a gorgeous ring. I'm kidding, my sarcasm sounds realistic (my fiance is always telling me off).  I love being engaged, in my opinion it refreshes the relationship, it feels new again, not like the past 2 years have been awful; they've been the best years in my life. I must say, having a ring on my finger is exquisite, it makes me feel special, as well as proud, it's a sign that I belong to someone; and evidently that's the case. On the other hand, it's daunting, it's a huge commitment (obviously), I said yes because I knew that I wanted to be with Christopher for the rest of my life, I didn't say it just for the sake of it. People constantly ask me if I regret not being free for a longer period of time. But the party life, or single life doesn't appeal to me personally. I've always relished being in a relationship; but that's my personal opinion, whereas someone else may love the single life. There's not much to say about it really, my relationship is as strong as ever, we get on really well; he's my best friend and I couldn't be any happier to be perfectly honest.
Let's see what else there is to talk about? Well I did finish my first year of University with a FIRST! Yes a FIRST! I'm so extremely happy! But obviously I need to keep this up for 2 years, which I will! I believe that I'm going to write a blog post on my first year as a whole, because so much went on ... But I'm also planning on writing how to prepare for first year, (as I've experienced it), because it's important; and some people may not be mentally or physically prepared. In regards to University I'm heading into my second year, and I'm totally excited! I get to pick what I want to specialise in Marketing, and I couldn't be more thrilled! In terms of where I'm going to be living ... It's stressful yet exhilarating, we know what town we want to move into, and we've booked viewings for the properties, it's just the case of going through all the paperwork, moving into the place and making it look beautiful, (which Chris has left me in charge of). Which I really do appreciate, no offence to him, but his interior design isn't the best.
Last but not least, I've bagged myself a new job! Still in the phone industry, but so much happier! Not as stressful as my last job, and my new team is wonderful, the funniest group of people I have ever met! Although one of them is leaving to go back to University, but she's coming back in December; so I'm really excited! Plus I'm in charge of proof reading her work, so she can't leave me just yet.

Other than that, everything that needed to be said has been said! A lot has gone on in a short space of time, but I'm content that it's fallen into place! I was getting extremely depressed that I couldn't write my blog posts; but I'm back and so thrilled! Anyhow I better shoot off, time to shop for some bags, I hope it doesn't take too long, but then again I'm so fussy! I will either see you later on today with a review of a new shampoo I've been loving, or tomorrow! Either way I will be back!
I love you all so very much! I will see you soon Little Ones! Stay safe and stay tuned! :) x x x

Product Review-Clarins Hydra-Essentiel SPF 15

Good afternoon! How have you all been? I've been incredibly busy, which will all make sense shortly I promise! I can't believe the summer holidays is over! September already! I'm hoping you've enjoyed the sunshine, if not then the rain! Please let me know what you've all been up to, it'll put a smile on my face! Anyhow, you are all here for a review, are you not? If skincare is one of your beloved subjects, then you'll enjoy this read.
P.S, I didn't misspell Essential in the title, it's the way Clarins have spelt it!

THE PACKAGING:

Let's jump in shall we? We all know Clarins as sophisticated yet refreshing, and this product screams those phrases! I'm a massive fan of Clarins skincare, more so than their make-up line, but they nailed this product on the head. I'm sucked in by packaging, first impression are incredibly significant to me, if it looks great I'm going to buy it ... Is that a bad thing? Not always, but you can't just judge a product by looks, it could seem fantastic and then when you use it, FAIL ... But this wasn't the case for me, it's perfect and I will tell you why later on.  Any how, I'm drifting away from the main topic ... When I submerged the moisturiser from the box I was memorised by the calming blue shade, it's so crisp and refreshing, reminds me of the waves and automatically puts me in a content mood ... Clarins already knew this piece of information, thus the reasoning of colour, it's perfect for skincare. When you think of skincare, you think of wanting to be detoxed. On the other hand, the box surrounding the product reminds me of prescription medical creams ... Not something I want to think about when applying my morning moisturiser. It's a little boring, but hey it's just the box, it's something I throw out, otherwise it'll stay in a corner and get lost; plus I don't need the clutter.

THE PRODUCT:

This is the juicy part that everyone has been waiting for! Does it actually work, and is it worth investing in? Yes and yes! But let me give you some facts and reasons why, otherwise what's the point on a review? In my perspective when I started using it a few weeks ago, the cream is cold to the touch-which I personally adore, because it wakens me up in the morning, and it also cools me down and makes me feel clean. Some people may not like this, but I really enjoy it, but everyone is different, (obviously). Secondly, when you rub this into your skin it feels velvety, glides really easily and not greasy! I've tried numerous moisturisers, and when they claim to be "extremely nourishing" they tend to be exceedingly oily; which isn't the look I'm going for unfortunately. On the other hand, after I've applied the product my skin feels silky smooth and I love it! It makes me want to stroke my face for hours on end, although I do make my fiance feel my face afterwards, and he always has the same opinion; "yes your face is really smooth", it's not a computer part so he doesn't care for it. Now what's left to talk about? Oh yes, the continuous usage! As mentioned previously I've been using this product for a few weeks, and a little goes a long way, hence why it looks like I've barely used it in the pictures above! I haven't broken out at all, if anything my skin seems more radiant than ever before, which is outstanding. I have VERY dry skin, and this has kept it in line! I normally have stubborn dry patches around my t-zone, and they have said goodbye! Although something I should mention, this wouldn't be great for oily skin, I think that's very obvious but I wouldn't recommend! I tried it out on my fiance (he has oily skin), and he hated it; he felt uncomfortable and wiped it off almost immediately. Other than that, this would be perfect for normal to very dry skin types.

THE PRICE:

Now for the final showdown! It all comes down to price ... If you don't mind splurging on expensive skincare this may not bother you; but for others it may. It does retail for £36, which some will say is too expensive, and others will not. Me personally it doesn't bother me, but simply because I NEED something that hydrates my skin, otherwise it bleeds and cracks; it becomes incredibly painful for me. I can justify spending a great amount of money on moisturisers, simply because it's a necessity for me. For some of you it will be as well, if you can't afford this, I would suggest it's something to save up for. If your skin cracks up in the winter this will be your bestfriend I can promise you that.
If this product is something that you are interested in, then I highly suggest clicking the link below, even if it's for browsing purposes.
All I know is that it was worth every penny for me, and I will definitely be buying another one when this runs out.

Anyhow, this is the end of this blog post! I hope you enjoyed the read! I will see you again Sunday with an update on how I have been doing this past few months, and what my plans are for the future! I hope you have all had a wonderful day! Stay safe and stay tuned Little Ones! :) x x x
