Good afternoon, how are you all today? It's been a while since I've posted a vegan recipe, I'm really sorry about that, I've been traveling due to work training! I made this delicious concoction yesterday evening and I loved it; I'm using the left overs and eating it for lunch today :).
I hope you are having a lovely day so far, I know that I will be ordering my boyfriends anniversary present right after this!
Any how, if you want to know how to make this recipe, have a read below and enjoy! :D

If you want to see another vegan recipe, click here!

Ingredients

  • 50 grams plain rice;
  • 3 vegan sausages (I used Linda McCartney);
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 red pepper;
  • 1 garlic clove;
  • chili sauce (optional)

STEPS ON HOW TO MAKE THIS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. At the same time take 300ml of water and boil it, place the boiled water in a medium pan and turn the heating setting on 2-3;
  2. place the rice into the pan and cook for 10-15 minutes;
  3. when the oven as reached 180, put the sausages in and cook for 10 minutes;
  4. prepare your vegetables: cut the onion into fine pieces, and do the same with the pepper and garlic. Put all the veg into one bowl and keep to one side;
  5. drain the rice and place into your bowl of choice;
  6. take the veg and mix it in with the rice;
  7. take the sausages, cut them up and mix it together with the rice and veg mixture;
  8. drizzle chili sauce on top (optional);
  9. ENJOY! :D

Why these ingredients?

Garlic:
Depending on how we prepare our garlic depends on how much nutrients we get out of it; this is why I have suggested either: cutting or crushing. This increases the enzymes within the garlic, these enzymes can prevent cancer.

Onion:
Onions are a great antioxidant, they also contain low fat saturation, this won't clog up your arteries, as it reduces cholesterol, in comparison to a normal red or green onion, this is so much better for your mental and physical health.

This is the end of my blog post! Thank you all for being so patient with me, I have missed making these recipes, but unfortunately you will have to wait at least once a week for these; simply because I'm going to France Thursday, and I'm back at my training Monday and Tuesday. But I will be trying to create vegan recipes in France! I love you all so very much, and I love that you enjoy my blog posts! I am going to eat some lunch and finish getting ready :).
Have a lovely day and I will see you tomorrow with an advice blog post :).

Highlighter make-up review

Sleek Highlighter Palette Solstice

DISCLAIMER: I have not been paid by sleek, I have bought several make-up lines from them, they produce really good products; it's just a matter of opinion.

Good morning you lovely people! I told you what I was going to be reviewing yesterday and it went crazy! So many people loved this idea and wanted me to write this ASAP! I have just come back home from my training, so I thought that I would treat you all and give you what you want!
If you love sleek, and want to know more about their beautiful highlight palette, have a little read down below :).

If you want to read another review, click here!

 PACKAGING:

Unquestionably stunning. Everything about this palette is beautiful! I'm not much of a gold person, but this is impeccable, it really compliments the highlighters, and the highlighters compliment the gold. When you take this out of the black box you are blinded by the beauty of the packing. This is unlike sleek, they normally keep their make-up palettes in matte black; but this is completely different. Sleek have interjected their staple font on the front of the palette, the elegant swirls make it feel expensive, it makes me feel that I have put my money into something that not only looks beautiful, but high quality; as they have spent so much time and effort into making sure that it's ecstatically pleasing.
On the other hand, just like always Sleek always puts massive mirrors in their palettes, not only are they big but they are real glass. Some drugstore palettes use plastic instead of glass; this to me is cheap and nasty. Whereas Sleek have the upper hand, not only are they really affordable, but they puts higher end aspects like glass in their products, to ensure that their customers are getting everything they need in their make-up palettes. Also the pan size of the highlighters is generous, it may not seem wide, but they are very much deep; Sleek have managed to pack as much product as they physically can into this palette, and give you 4 choices at the same time. In addition to this, I love the way in which all the highlighters are separated, some make-up brands like YSL have merged their highlighters together, this to me appears messy. Whereas Sleek have made it neat and tidy, a small but very important factor to me, in my opinion.

THE PRODUCT:

Their are a total of 4 highlighters, which are as followed:
  • Ecliptic
    This is the creamy highlighter, it's bursting with pigment and looks beautiful when applied to the skin. As seen in the swatches above, ecliptic appears to look like a dark rose shade, in the sunlight it shines beautifully and brings colour to the face instantly. For me this is perfect, simply because I don't use blush, this for me in my blush; it turns my face into a young rose; while also making me glow healthily. On the other hand, the wear power on this is insane! Because it's cream based it won't budge! I wore this for at least 8 hours of the day and it was still there when I had to take it off at night, I have constantly been complemented for wearing this, and also been asked where it was from. They were shocked when I said Sleek because they are a drugstore brand.
  • Hemisphere:Beautiful lilac powder, it's very shimmery and pigmented, and when caught by light it shines even brighter. When I use this I apply it to my cheekbones, simply because it adds colour to my face, and works brilliantly with ecliptic! I use the two of these products on my cheekbones, as they are similar colours they work well; this powder looks in the colour of ecliptic really well! On the other hand, I have tried this product on it's own, and it still has 6 hours of lasting power! The powder is such a nice consistency, it feels like butter melting, very easy to blend and to work with.
  • Subsolar:
    If you want to SHINE then use this! Because the colour of this highlighter is pastel toned it shines brightly on it's own, when the sun catches this your face will be shining like the sun! It gives such a nice natural and healthy glow! I apply this on my forehead and my nose, simply because I want them to dazzle in the sunlight! Even when it's not sunny I want to be glowing inside and out. The texture of this highlighter is different from all the others, still fantastic; but it has a velvet feel, which is amazing for blending and mixing with other products. This highlighter lasts a very long time! This is placed on the oiliest part of my face, and it remains them until the very end of the day.
  • Equinox:
    Bronze heaven! This is perfection if you want to bronze up your face, because this is what I use it for! If you are heading on holiday, or if  you are as pale as me and you need colour and a healthy glow, you need this in your life! It's so very beautiful, the colour payoff is fantastic, as portrayed in the images above. I also use this under my contour, it really sculpts my face and makes it glow effortlessly; it gives you the appearance that you just come back from holiday. Just like the other highlighter shades, it lasts very long, and it's like butter! It blends out very well, so if you think you have put too much on, you can blend it away with ease.
In summary these together highlight your features and go together so well! I use each of this shades almost everyday! I also adore the fact that Sleek have named them after space, simply because space in bright and magnificent, and it shines through in each of these highlighters.

PRICE:

I still can't believe how cheap these are, for all four shades and a beautiful looking palette it's ... £9.99! I know I still can't believe it! This is completely worth the money, they are highly pigmented, easy to blend and to work with, and works with all skin types and colours! I'm so pale and it brings out the best in my, I know my bestfriend is much darker than me, and this is so beautiful on her skin colour.

This is the end of my blog post! I'm so glad to of written this and reviewed this product, I really want to review other Sleek products! I am heading to France next week, I will be vlogging my experience and keep you up to date as much as possible! I will either see you later on today or tomorrow, but it will be a vegan recipe!
I love you all so very much, see you soon! Keep safe and stay tuned Little ones :) x x x

Advice- what not to do in relationships

A guide on what not to do in relationships

If you want to keep up to date with that I do on a daily basis follow me on my social media above, and I'll be sure to follow you right back :).

Hello my lovely's, how are we doing today? Finally managed to get a good night sleep in me! I had my boyfriend over, I felt super safe and relaxed with him being there :).
I have been trying to post this blog post since late last night, but the WiFi wasn't having it, and then decided to delete it .. Fun times right.
I thought that it would be interesting and helpful to note down what you shouldn't do in relationships; I was treated badly in the past; from my ex's behaviours I have created a list of what not to do in relationships.
Most of these are common sense, but there are things out there which some people might not know. If you want to give this post a little read then go ahead :).

If you want to read other advice blog posts, click here!

Background information:
I've had 3 years of experience with relationships, in this time frame I had 3 relationships (not including the one I'm in now). I'm not going to name names, but these 3 individuals taught me a lot about how bad relationships can be; because before I met Chris, I was never truly happy; simply because I was never treated right.
I've been cheated on countless times, hurt mentally and physically. Not all of them physically hurt me, only one of them, and that was my first ever boyfriend; if you want to know more about that situation click here.
I still am a very shy and kind person, maybe I was too kind to all of them, if they wanted anything I gave my all, but in return they gave nothing back, they took advantage of my personality. But I have learnt so much from these people, I have learnt to become stronger as a person, and not have to give everything up. Now I am truly and utterly happy with Chris, we have nearly been together a year :).

Don't lie to your partner:

This sounds obvious, and for some people out there who are reading this is probably thinking I'm stupid. I'm really not. Don't lie to your other half, I can't stress enough how much this  hurt me over the years, I don't care how much the truth hurts, I can handle the truth. Lies ruin trust, which is one of the main factors in a relationship; it's the glue that holds everything together-if that is broken chances are you won't be together very long after that incidence. Female or male, just don't lie, if you can't be truthful to the person you claim to love then leave, because they don't deserve to be treated in this way.
Some of the lies that I was told was told ruined me:
  • "I would never cheat on you, you're my world";
  • "I love you";
  • "I will always be there for you";
  • "she's nobody, just a friend, she's like a sister to me"
  • "I was out in town, sorry I was late";
  • "my Granddad died"

Don't put their hopes up and bring them down:

This was constant for me, I learnt over the years that if they said they were going to do something, chances are they weren't. This is one of the most disappointing factors, simply because there modd could change in a heartbeat. For example, there was a time where my ex promised to take me out, it was to say sorry for something that he did previously. I made sure that I looked nice, spent hours getting ready and even bought new clothes. I walked to where we were meant to meet and waited for at least an hour; for him to say, "sorry, something came up I will do it another time".
I can't stress this enough, if  you can't keep your word, or do what you say you are going to do, either change the way you treat people or leave your current partner; simply because this is heartbreaking.

Don't take advantage of them:

Don't ask or take money:
Don't ask for money, or even guilt trip them into giving you money. That is their money, they have worked hard for that, if they want to treat you they will, but only when they want to and if they can afford to. If you ask for money on a regular basis get your own job or spend your own wages. In my case I had an ex who would constantly ask for money, and I would give it to them as they would make me feel awful if I didn't. They would also steal from me, all of my hard working pennies went on them; and not because I wanted to. This ruins relationships, I wish I left that person sooner; but because of certain circumstances I couldn't.

Never forget your friends:

When you head into a new relationship you start to put your partner before anyone else, but don't let this consume your life. You have known your friends more than this person you are currently with. I made this mistake once and I hated myself for it; I put my ex's before my friends and I regret it so much; I hurt them as I didn't make time for them. In my current relationship I share myself equally, I don't spend too much time with my boyfriend or friends; I also need alone time when it comes to it-everyone needs to relax at some point in their life.

Don't compare your other half:

Never do this! And if you do STOP IT RIGHT NOW! The amount of time my ex's would do this, it would break my heart and shatter it to millions of pieces. I was constantly compared to other girls who had bigger boobs, bigger hips and prettier faces. It really does take a toll, it makes you feel worthless and not good enough. I always struggled putting on weight, I'm a very slim person; and with this comes no boobs. I was constantly reminded of this insecurity. If your boyfriend or girlfriend is constantly comparing you to other people; they are not worth your time. Leave them, because you are amazing in your own way, if they can't see that and won't appreciate you, then they don't deserve your beautiful self.

This is the end of my post! Thank you so much for reading this! If you are going through this situation, then get yourself out of it! If  you want to contact me for further information then please feel to do so :). If you are reading this and you are doing this to people, leave the person you are with and change yourself; people should not be treated in this way; it ruins them for years-believe me I was a victim of this.
I love you all so very much, I will see you tomorrow with a review! Stay safe and stay tuned Little ones! :D x x x

Advice-anxiety on business trips

How to deal with anxiety on business trips

If you want to keep up to date with that I do on a daily basis follow me on my social media above, and I'll be sure to follow you right back :).

Good morning! How are you today and what are you up to? I thought that I would write a blog post that has been on my mind for a while; it's started to eat me up and I need to get it out of my system. As you may not know I'm on a business trip with EE; I'm doing training for my new job; but this requires to be away from home. With this causes a huge amount of anxiety; of which I would like to share with you, in help that it might give a hand to somebody else who is going through the same situation as me.
If you want to know about my current experience and how I am dealing with it, then have a little read down below :).

If you want to read other advice blog posts, click here!

What comes to my mind:

What I'm about to tell you is from my own mind, some people may think it's stupid or crazy, but since being here I've been worrying about so much. Simply because I am away from home, and I'm alone in this room.
Irrational thoughts:
  • Someone breaking in:
    This was one of the thoughts that came to mind, I was looking around the room and thought, 'what if someone broke in?'
    The arrays of entries they have is unreal, the front door being one. As well as the vents and windows. I know this sounds crazy to some people, but these thoughts come with severe anxiety. I have thought of all the ways in which they can come into my room, and all the ways in which I would escape if anything did happen.
  • How would I escape if anyone did break in?
    When you've been in hotels on your own for a few weeks you have time to think of what to do. If this ever happened to me, I would know before they were in the room, simply because I'm a very aware person. I would create a diversion, to do this I would:
    Turn the shower on and close the door slightly, this would make them appear that I'm in the shower. I would be hiding near the wardrobe; once they clear the door I would run for my life.
    This probably sounds silly to some people, but people with anxiety will know what I'm talking about.
  • Someone always watching me:
    I actually hate the fact that I'm alone in this room, I am always on edge, I can never actually rest or relax. Whenever I am: in the shower, doing my make-up, getting ready for the day or bed; I feel that someone is watching me. Simply because I hate being on my own, even when I'm home alone in my own home I feel on edge and scared.
These are just some of the various thoughts that come to mind, but they are all real. I swear I am not crazy I just want to take extra precaution.

How to deal with it?

This is how I deal with it, these are only my methods, they may not help everyone but if they help at least one person then I am happy with that :).

  • Listen to music:
    I find that listening to music which makes you happy and content really does help, that's what I've been doing these past few weeks, especially when writing this blog post; as I don't want to listen to just the keyboard. Music takes me to another world and makes me extremely happy, it takes my worries away and replaces it with joy and excitement. I'm currently listening to, Hymn for the weekend-Coldplay. This song is so positive! To be perfectly honest their new album, A head full of dreams is powerful and energetic; I'd give it a little listen, only if you like their music, or want to try something new.
  • Watch YouTube:
    When the Wifi connection is good, which is around 1am-5am I will watch some YouTube videos. To be honest with you I can't stay up too late, so 1am isn't happening for me, but I'm an early bird, so around 4 or 5am I will watch a couple of videos. They take my mind off the anxiety and make me relax as well as laugh. I've always been a fan of Shane Dawson, he never fails to make me laugh, so I will always watch him; as well as YouTube drama-it's entertaining, plus it wakes me up a little more.
  • Read a book:
    I have been reading a lot, and that'seven throughout the day, when I find a book I love and adore, chances are  you are not taking it away from me. Some nights where I can't sleep I will read with the lights on. One because I can see what I'm reading, and two because I hate the dark-and yes I sleep with the lights on.
    I find that reading really helps me sleep, and also takes me to another world until I fall asleep. I would highly recommend this method; probably one of my favorites, but that's because I love reading. I am currently reading The Lake House by Kate Morton. I have read this book 3 times and it's still one of my favorite.
  • Skype:
    I would highly recommend this one! When I can Skype my boyfriend or Mum I sure as hell will! I love it when I'm getting ready for bed simply because this is when I'm most anxious, having someone there talking to you really helps; as it creates the illusion that they are in the room with you. For the past few weeks I have been Skyping my boyfriend and Mum for a long period of time; I really miss them,so so much; that's what's making this trip really hard for me. But hopefully Chris will actually be seeing me tonight! I'm so happy and excited, I've missed holding him for a long period of time.
    If you have a partner or close friend bring them along at some point of your journey. It makes it so much easier; if you can't then Skype is always there :).
This is the end of my blog post, thank you so much for reading guys! I hope this has helped someone out there, even if it's only one person; that is one person less having to deal with this. I will be having to write only one blog post a day for 3 more weeks, as I'm going to France next week, and I will be back in training for another week and a bit after that. You just have to be patient with me and this rubbish Wifi. I'm so lucky that I have been able to post 2 blog posts in 2 days!
I will see you again tomorrow with a product review! There won't be any vegan recipes until Saturday, but I will make at least 3 or 4 and post them throughout the week so I have something to give back to you when I'm in France.
I love you all so very much! Stay safe and stay tuned Little ones :) x x x

Make-up products Review

Barry M Lip Liner Rose and Maybelline Colour Sensational Lipstick Tantalizing Taupe 725

DISCLAIMER: I have not been paid by either of these companies, I just recently purchased these products and I'm really enjoying them.

Good morning! Sorry for not posting these past two days, they have been hectic! EE have sent me away for 3 weeks of training, but because I am heading to France next week they have to split it up into several weeks. I'm currently in a hotel with classical hotel WiFi, where as you know is VERY BAD. I've woken up early and decided to see if it was faster, and it really is!
Any who, this is my review for you guys, I really hope you enjoy this! It's a lower-end review which is what you guys wanted :).
If you want anymore of these reviews please tell me down below! Have a little read and enjoy! :D

This was the complete and final look, I filled my lips in with the Barry M lip-liner in Rose and then put the Mayelline lipstick on top. This gave a shine to the look and also made it a hint lighter in the middle. I thought that these two products were beautiful together. And as well as this is super affordable.

P.S this is my natural lip shape, I have had so many people saying that they aren't etc. But I was born with these :').

This was a photo with the Maybelline lipstick with the Barry M lip-liner around it. As you can see the difference between the two product colors in uncanny. From first impressions the Maybellline lipstick is a light pink nude, whereas Barry M scream hot berry.

Barry M Lip-liner Rose:

PACKAGING:

Fundamentally, in terms of packaging it's simplistic, the colour formation is beautiful and enriching,it reminds me of walking through a flower field and finding the rarest rose; standing tall and proud; and it radiates this colour. Just like the Barry M lip-liner range they are all simplistic and natural, when I looked at their range I was pleased by the colour options, as well as it being suitable for all skin tones.
On the other hand, I like the fact that Barry M have interjected a clear plastic top, simply because you are able to see if the product matches the colour of the packaging; in some cases, companies mismatch the colour on the outside with the product content; which is highly annoying because you assume it's the colour they are portraying it to be. In regards to the writing on the lip-liner, I find that the gold really compliments the rose colour, it also gives an opulent feel, I'm not buying a cheap product, although it's very affordable it doesn't look that way.

THE PRODUCT:

Fantastic product! The formulation of this lip-liner is perfection, rich and creamy, easily glides onto the lips! With a massive pigmentation payoff! For a cheap product it doesn't look and feel like it,I can compare this to Mac! I would say that this is a dupe for DoubleTime; and it's a fraction of the price! If you are on a budget than this is the product for you; as well as it being high quality and long lasting. I would say that this lip-liner lasts all day, it stains the lips and doesn't come off, the only thing that would come off my lips would be the lipstick applied above the lip-liner, apart from that this does not move! This is perfect if you are going on a date or a night out, it's natural enough to set a good first impression, but gives you a burst of colour and interest.
All in all this is a fantastic product, it lasts a long time, it matches and compliments most lipstick colours and formulas as well, which makes this product extremely versatile; one of my favourite lip-liners, I will be buying their entire range soon.

THE PRICE:

I don't think you are going to believe me when I tell you how much one of these are ... £2.99. That's amazing! When I saw the price of this I was shocked, this was not on promotion, this is their staple price! I pondered and thought this can't be right, it can't be good quality. But being a fan of Barry M for years (love their nail polish) I had high hopes, and they delivered.
I will be buying their entire lip-liner range when I get home, as I'm currently away because of training. I want these bundles of joy in time for France next week!
I would highly recommend this products, they are amazing quality for such a good price.

Maybelline Tantalizing Taupe 725 Lipstick:

PACKAGING:

Profoundly, I find the packaging well presented and modern. It's unique, before Maybelline I had never seen a brand present their lipsticks in this way, whereas now, some companies have tried to copy this style and it hasn't worked so well. I adore the fact that I am able to see the tube of the lipstick, it makes it feel expeisive; espeically that it's innovative. This shows me that I am spending my money on a high end product, even though it's a fraction of the high end price. On the other hand, the colour of this is enchanting, rich, golden bronze tones, radiate off the plastic capping, it's so beautiful; it's what first drew me to the product. When I picked up this lipstick I was starstruck, I was so head over heels in love with what it looked like, I had to have it. And I'm glad I picked it up, it has a nice place in my lipstick collection. As well as this, I love that Maybelline have clear and bold writing beneath the lipstick, as it states the true colour and shade of the lipstick, so if you need to purchase another one you can find it with ease because of the code. In regards to Maybelline, I love the fact that they have matched the shade name "tantalizing taupe" with the packaging, it shows that they are a consistent and organised brand; in a customers perspective this gives me a great first impression.

THE PRODUCT:

The consistency of this lipstick is to die for! It's so creamy and hydrating, unlike some drugstore lipsticks, they can really dry out your lips; but not with this one. Because of the hydrating formula, it ensures that your lips won't look like prunes; who wants that? Also! Because it's so creamy it's easy to apply, which is handy if you are in a rush somewhere. On the other hand, the smell of this is brilliant! It doesn't smell fake or chemically, it smells like good quality sweets! It's not overpowering either, you get a subtle waft when you apply it to the lips. This is a must have to me, I don't mind if it doesn't smell like anything, but it would be nice if all lip products had a lovely scent; simply because when you go to kiss someone it's nice for them to taste and smell. In regards to pigmentation it's not screaming in your face, but it's a baby pink nude, when Ii bought this I knew that I didn't want anything over the top, I wanted something purely natural, a form of lipstick that would give me a pop of colour if I was heading out into town quickly. But as you can see above, there is still a great amount of colour pay off that comes with this product.

THE PRICE:

For this lipstick, it comes to a lovely total of £6.99! This is a middle range price in terms of lipsticks in a drug store/ high street. For this price you get a beautiful nude lipstick, which is great smelling and lasts a really long time. There are a few times where you have to do touch-ups; but I do that with lipsticks; even my higher end ones! I would say that this lipstick would last at least 6 months or even more; but it does depend how often you use it; but 6 months minimum.
If  you are interested in purchasing this little beauty click the link below :)

That is the end of my blog post! Thank you for reading this, and being patent with me! This hotel WiFi has been God awful, I'm really sorry that you have had to wait 2 days in order to get this, believe me I hated waiting this long! I will be bringing out another blog post tomorrow if not the day after, it really does depend on the Wifi. I really do hope that you liked this post!
If you already have these products tell me what you think about them! If you don't have them tell me what you like in a lipstick or share your current favourites!
I will see you soon! Stay safe and stay tuned Little ones! :D  x x x

Hello and good afternoon! How are you all today, and what have you been up to? I've been trying to hunt down a present for my boyfriend's brother; I think I'll have to order it online :).
As per usual the weather has been beautiful! I don't want it to stop, I'm sure you guys adore it as well :). Any how, I created a new pancake recipe this morning for breakfast, and I thought that it would be best to share it with you.
If you want to find out how to make this tasty meal, look below and enjoy :).

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup self-raising flour;
  • 1 cup almond milk;
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract;
  • 2 tbs sunflower oil;
  • 3 tbs peanut butter;
  • 10 grams walnuts (optional);
  • icing sugar (optional).

STEPS ON HOW TO MAKE THIS:

  1. Preheat the pan, put it on setting 4 or gas mark 4 (by the time you have made the mixture the pan will be hot enough);
  2. sift the flour into a bowl and add: vanilla, almond milk and oil;
  3. stir everything until combined, (should have an elastic texture);
  4. add the peanut butter and stir for 5 seconds, this ensures that there are peanut butter chunks in the pancake;
  5. spoon some of the mixture in the hot pan and cook on one side for 2 minutes, flip and cook for 2 minutes. Repeat until all the mixture is gone;
  6. plate up and sprinkle icing sugar and walnuts (optional);
  7. ENJOY! :D

Why these ingredients?

Almond milk:
Almond milk is filled with potassium, this helps prepare and enhance: cells, tissue and organs in the human body. This is essential in everyday life, you always need to repair yourself.

Walnuts:
Walnuts are enriched with vitamin E, this known for protection against toxins such as air pollution, premenstrual syndrome, eye disorders such as cataracts.

Good evening lovely people! How has your day been today? I was at my EE training, final day tomorrow, I'll be sad to see everyone go; but they have a future in front of them :). It also means that I have more time to write blog posts; which feel me with such excitement and happiness! I'm sorry that I've only been posting one a day, I need to try and make it back to 2 or 3; but it's been a hectic week; I hope you understand.

Any who, it sprug to mind, that some people have no idea what to buy for other people when it comes to: Birthday's anniversaries, Christmas etc. I have always been known for buying good presents, it's my boyfriend's brothers Birthday soon and he had no idea what to buy him; until I told him, God damn for him stealing my idea. But I just thought that this would be great advice for everyone that struggles to buy for people.
I'm here to break it down and make it simple! If you want to learn some tips and tricks have a little read down below; I hope you enjoy and find it helpful :).

Make it personal:

Fundamentally, before I buy anything I create a brainstorm of what they like and what that particular gift would mean to them. For example, in terms of my bestfriend Eisha, I would put her name in the middle, and branch off what she likes, what we have done together, her favourite food etc. From this you get a deeper analysis of what you can buy.
In my perspective I have always bought presents which is sentimental and personal for them, simply because it shows that not only do you care, not only do you know them well; but you have put the time and effort into something which didn't need to be so special. I'm not saying that it needs to be extravagant, but going the extra mile does show that you care.
An example of making it personal would be:
DIY. Nothing shows more care and appreciation then crafting something with your bare hands. It can be anything ranging from:
  • Tie-Dye clothing;
  • candles;
  • painting, drawing, sculpting;
  • photo-book
These are just a few ideas, you don't have to use these, it's just for inspiration :).
In my opinion, one DIY present that worked really well for me was the photo-book, I made a scrapbook for dear friend of mine, pictures, quotes, films, food etc. Were all in this book, unfortunately I didn't take a picture of the finial product because this was a few years ago, but it will filled to the brim with years of friendship.

On the other hand, in regards to about them, you need to make sure that you have everything down. I use their hobbies and what they have always wanted as an immediate guideline. For example, it's my boyfriend's brothers Birthday soon. He loves football, Tottenham and Barcelona, as well as other sports, gaming etc. I thought that it would be fantastic to get Chris (my boyfriend) to buy him a Barcelona shirt, simply because Sam has wanted this for years; I still can't believe Chis never thought of this! Whereas I thought that it would be great to buy a new trendy sports bag for School; he SERIOUSLY needs one! Ia addition to this my next point is :

Look for what they need

I sure as hell used this on my boyfriend for Christmas, like his brother he needed a new bag, apart from that I bought him: Levi jeans, chocolates, fragrance etc. I showered him with gifts, because it made me happy to see him pleased; and because I really wanted to.
Use this tip when buying for somebody, because they will really love that you have purchased something that they need; they then don't have to buy it! I love these, if not they are my favourite presents to receive in my opinion :).

This is the end of my blog post, thank you for reading and I hope that this has helped you in some way shape and form :).
I will see you tomorrow with a vegan recipe and a product review :). If you want to see those stay tuned little ones! :D x x x

Good morning my lovely people, how are you today? I'm on day 4 at y training, nearly over I can't believe it! What are your plans for today, whatever they are I hope you enjoy them and do your best; even if it's watching movies all day ... That's a hard task ;).

Any how, I have created a quick and easy vegan lunch! It's super quick to prepare and even quicker to eat! If you want to know how to make this creation have a look down below and enjoy creating!

If you want to read another vegan recipe, click here!

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbs green pesto;
  • chili sauce (choose your heat level);
  • quarter of cucumber
  • 1 pita (or as many as you want).

STEPS ON HOW TO MAKE THIS:

  1. Take your pitta and half it with a knife, or simply rip it in half like I have;
  2. spread 1tbs of green pesto on one pita, and then the other tbs on the other half;
  3. put the cucumber on the pesto;
  4. drizzle your desired amount of chili sauce on top of the cucumber;
  5. fold the pita back together;
  6. MUNCH AND ENJOY! :D

Why these ingredients?

Cucumber:
Because cucumber is made up of 80% water it keeps you hydrated, if you struggle drinking throughout the day, have a slice of cucumber; it will do you the well of good. For example, hydrating your skin, making it look healthier and also younger.

Pesto:
Pesto is enriched with vitamins A and C, this helps boost your immune system, this will help fight infection, while keeping you fit and healthy. Whereas vitamin A is good is amazing for you eye health; it makes them stronger as well as being a great antioxidant.

This is the end of my blog post! I really hope you enjoyed! I loved making this, this morning, really easy and so simple, and also super tasty!
I love you guys so very much, have a lovely day and I will either see you later on today or tomorrow with an advice blog post.

 Toni&Guy Shampoo and Conditioner for dry hair:

Packaging-Stunning, professional and innovative. The white makes you feel fresh as well as clean, it gives you a good first impression simply because you want your hair to replicate what the packaging is intending to do; in this case: fresh and clean. On the other hand, the wash of baby blue is enlightening at the bottom of the bottle. It merges well with the white and adheres to the fresh feeling, as blue is commonly associated with the sea; which people claim for it to be clam and relaxing, as well as refreshing and awakening.
In regards to the innovative aspect, at the top of the bottle you push a button and a gab for the product sprigs up. At first I had no idea to open it, until I noticed the open button; but I didn't know the hair care industry used this technique.
The product- Fantastic. When you squirt this onto your hand it feels smooth and velvety, it makes you excited to apply it to the hair; as you want it to have the same affect on your hair.It has an elastic and creamy texture. When you apply it to wet hair it absorbs so well!
The smell is enchanting! It's so beautiful and natural, it doesn't smell fake like some cheaper brands. It reminds me of perfume but for your hair. The aftermath of washing your hair is fantastic, it feels like lightweight and fluffy; as well as nourished. I've dyed my hair for a few years now, I have the stable ombre look; evidently the ends of my hair will appear dry and damaged from time to time as I've bleached it. After using this shampoo and conditioner it immediately diminishes this look.

Toni&Guy Reboost Dry Shampoo:

Packaging- Elegant and vibrant. When I first came into contact with this product, it was the positive packaging that caught my eye. Purple is one of my favourite colours, it makes me feel rich and beautiful. As well as this, the gold funky writing complimented the purple, as well as giving it the wow factor; Toni&Guy have always presented their products in a beautiful matter; they are always consistent with what they do; for example,before I come into contact with their brand I know that it's their product due to the: font, colours and the way they have made their product. As well as this, I love that Toni&Guy represent their collections in different colours. For example, the dry shampoo is in the Reboost collection, thsus the Reboost phase on the side of the can.
The product- It smells fantastic! It smells like perfume but for your hair, it matches the smell of the shampoo and conditioner above. Which I love, simply because it doubles the smell and makes it appear clearer as well as voluminous. In regards to my hair type it's thick, which means that the top of my hair is flat because the rest of my hair is weighing it down; this adds volume like you wouldn't believe, it makes me feel more confident n myself, simply because I take a lot of care and effort into my hair. On the other hand, if it's really hot weather and your hair appears greasy it takes away the excess oil!

The Body Shop British Rose shower gel:

Packaging- Sophisticated and graceful, the rose is a classical symbolism of upper class and beauty, it's super natural and in my opinion the queen of flowers; may seem bias because they are my favourite flower.The pink bottle matches perfectly with the rose situated in the middle, I love that it's a pale version, this not only makes it simplistic but also not too harsh. For example, if The Body Shop were to use a darker pink, it wouldn't have matched, it would have appeared to harsh and would have taken the delicate element away. In contrast this, I like the fact that they put a black strip around the center, this enhanced the beauty of the rose, and also matched the font on the bottle as well as the cap. I love when companies are consistent throughout their packaging; maybe because I have OCD, but it just makes me want to spend my money as it looks presentable; I'm such a sucker for packaging-if it looks pretty I'll buy it.
The product- Smells enchanting! It's just like you've put hundreds of roses of your body, it doesn't smell fake, it smells exactly like a rose; and that's 100% true! I have read so many blog posts that claim this and that, but this is the real deal here; if you don't believe me head into The Body Shop and smell is yourself; I can guarantee that you will love it, (if you like roses anyway); if not there are many other shower gels they do. In regards to consistency this is thicker than their stable shower gels. This feels more like gel than a watery consistency; which I love, it makes it fun when you are applying it as you can imprint your thumb in the soap before you use. Also it thickens when you mix it with water; it actually moisturises your skin when you wash; you feel super refreshed and ready to start the day. The scent is also long lasting on the body, it lasts me around 6 hours, even if I've been out in the sun for a long period of time.

This is the end of the blog post, thank you so much for reading, sorry that there wasn't many products, the idea only came to mind when my shower gel ran out; which meant that I had to hold this until other products were finished with.
I will do another one in the future but with more products! As of now I ma still at my EE training, I've had to finish this blog post throughout the day and now on my lunch break.
I want to thank you guys for reading this again! I will see you again tonight with a vegan recipe :)
Stay safe and stay tuned Little ones :) x x x
