Vegan Recipe

Watermelon, orange and yogurt smoothie

Good afternoon! Change of plans, but I thought that I would give you another vegan recipe! I love experimenting with different fruits; and I'm always in the mood for a good old smoothie! So I decided to share my creation with you!
I hope you enjoy this as much as I did! If you want to know how to make this, have a little look below and enjoy! :D

If you want to see another vegan recipe, click here!

Ingredients:

  • 1 watermelon;
  • 25ml orange juice;
  • 25 grams vegan yogurt, (I used alpro raspberry).

STEPS ON HOW TO MAKE THIS:

  1. Prepare your fruit: cut the watermelon in half, and half again; this makes quarters, ( as shown in the pictures above). After you have done this, slice the quarters so that they are in strips. Cut around the melon and the skin so you are left with the red flesh. Cut these into cubes;
  2. put the watermelon into the blender and add the orange and the yogurt;
  3. blend for a few seconds, because watermelon is a water based fruit the smoothie won't be lumpy;
  4. ENJOY! :D

Why these ingredients?

Watermelon:
Watermelon's are filled with vitamins A, B6 and C, and is also an amazing antioxidant. Vitamin C is amazing for the skin, it replenishes the several layers of skin, as well as keeping it hydrated and firm. Vitamin C is common in skin care brands, as it has a multitude of benefits for the skin. As well as this, watermelon also fights infections and builds the immune system.

Orange:
Oranges are an excellent source of vitamin C. They are also a very good source of dietary fiber. Just like the watermelon, oranges are great for the skin. When I make a facial mask oranges are my go to ingredient; not only do they smell great; but they feel fantastic on the skin; it makes me feel awake.

I hope your day has been amazing so far, and if not, then make it great! I know that I will hopefully be posting another blog post this evening; but I will be heading to my boyfriend's for dinner :).
You will hear from me soon though! Stay tuned Little ones :) x x x

Vegan Recipe

Stuffed peppers

Twitter:AmyRoseMcGuire
Email: missamymcguire@hotmail.com

Good morning! How are you doing today? I know it's early, but I have another vegan recipe for you! I made this last night, and it has made so much of an impact! It's super delicious and easy to make! I hope you enjoy this recipe; I put a lot of thought and hard work into it :)
If you want to see how this is made, follow the few easy steps down below :)

If you want to see another vegan recipe, click here!
P.S, I didn't take pictures of when they came out of the oven because they were eaten in a flash! I was super hungry, and so was my boyfriends family, I'm so glad they enjoyed my cooking :)
I would also recommend one per person, as they are super filling!

Ingredients:

  • 3 peppers (colour of your choice);
  • 300 grams kidney beans;
  • 2 garlic gloves;
  • 25 grams sweetcorn;
  • 1 onion;
  • chili powder;
  • parsley;
  • salt and pepper;
  • 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil.
    This is the amount of ingredients to make 6, but I was feeding a family of 6. If you need to alter the measurements for just one you can do that as well :).

STEPS ON HOW TO MAKE THIS:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180;
  2. prepare all your vegetables: chop the peppers in half and take out the core, dice the onion, drain the kidney beans, drain the sweetcorn, dice the garlic and chop the parsley;
  3. put all the prepared veg (except the peppers) in a large bowl;
  4. pour 1 tbs of extra virgin olive oil and mix;
  5. add the chili powder, salt, pepper, and parsley and mix again;
  6. mash the mixture with a masher,(or folk);
  7. spoon the mixture into the peppers;
  8. place on a baking tray with grease proof paper, and cook for 20 minutes;
  9. plate up and ENJOY! :D

Why these ingredients?

Garlic:
Depending on how we prepare our garlic depends on how much nutrients we get out of it; this is why I have suggested either: cutting or crushing. This increases the enzymes within the garlic, these enzymes can prevent cancer.

Onion:
Onions are a great antioxidant, they also contain low fat saturation, this won't clog up your arteries, as it reduces cholesterol, in comparison to a normal red or green onion, this is so much better for your mental and physical health.

Parsley:
Parsley has a huge amount of vitamin K, this helps builds bones and heals heart disease. in addition to this, parsley also has vitamin A, which as we already know is great for our eyes, and acts as a fantastic antioxidant.

Kidney beans:
Kidney beans are an excellent source of molybdenum. They also contain a very good source of folate, dietary fiber, and copper. This builds the immune system and also improves the metabolism, it speeds it up. This is handy when you need to loose weight as everything passes through quickly

Thank you for reading this blog post, I really hope you enjoy this meal, this is one of my favourites, if not my favourite! I'm so happy that I made this, and that the people I served it to really enjoyed it! I want to know what you think! I would also love to see your recreations!
Show me and contact me on my social media platforms above and below this blog post :D
Have a lovely day and see you soon! Stay tuned Little ones :) x x x

Review

Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation

Twitter:AmyRoseMcGuire
Email: missamymcguire@hotmail.com

Disclaimer: I am not being paid by Estee Lauder, I just simply love this foundation, and I want to write a positive review on this product.
Hello again my lovely people! I am here again, but this time I am writing a review on a new favourite of mine! I bought it recently and I've fallen in love! It's now a staple in my life and I want to share my thoughts, feelings and detailed information about the product.
If you wish to find out more, have a little look read and enjoy! :D

If you want to read another review click here!

PRESENTATION:

Estee Lauder has always presented their products in a beautiful manor, it signifies opulence and a great passion for higher end beauty. The hint of golden essence is essential to their brand; this is what they are all about; it makes me feel rich and flawless; as I know that I have sunk my money into a great company. In regards to this foundation I love the matte glass bottle, it's something I don't normally see with foundation, in comparison to my YSL youth liberator foundation, that's in a plain glass bottle, and for my MAC Studio Sculpt, it's in a plastic tube. Estee Lauder has upped the foundation packaging game! They are unique and fabulous. They are one of my favourite beauty brands, their foundations are so creamy and easy to work with; but I'll explain the formulation later on in the blog post.
I feel that the font is clear and easy to read, which is handy for people that don't have very good eyesight. In addition to this, the font matches the golden lid, and is consistent with their iconic brand scheme. This tells me, that Estee like to keep their products consistent throughout, they are a well organised and thought out brand. By linking all their products together by having the same colour it would not only depreciate them from any other company. But it would give them a better reputation as they have always kept the same theme. That's what I love most about Estee, they do what they know best.

THE PRODUCT:

First and foremost, there are no harmful chemicals or fragrance in this product, which is perfect because not only is this great for sensitive skin, but for all skin, it won't cause any irritation. When I was using the YSL youth liberator foundation the fragrance they put inside the product made me rash. However, after using this foundation I can tell you that this doesn't happen with this! The formulation is creamy, and has a great liquid consistency. As shown in the pictures above, you can see that it's not too runny, it's not sliding off my hand; but it's thick enough that it stays in place.
I apply this with a damp beauty blender, it's easy to blend and looks fantastic when it sets, in regards to skin type; I'm dry. It's a matte finish foundation, but it works brilliantly with dry! My skin is so dry at the moment that I'm flaking. This foundation does not stick to certain parts of the face, I have worn this a few times now and the staying power is amazing!
After 3 hours of wear I was not creasing, and it was still matte.
After 5 I started to notice my forehead, and the sides of my nose getting shiny; but that was about it.
After 7 hours slight separation around my nose started to happen, it highlighted my pours, but nothing major.
Estee offer a smashing 44 shades, this is perfect for all skin colours, which is perfect! I'm in the shade 1C0 Shell, that's the lightest shade in yellow tones. This is perfect for my skin colour, finding a foundation in my shade is near enough impossible, as they appear too yellow or orange.
The coverage is perfect! It's medium and high coverage, it builds really easy, you don't have to blend for hours on end :').
The only negative aspect I have about this product would be that there is no pump provided, it's not a massive error, but I prefer a pump, it makes it easier to distribute; but other than that, it's my go-to foundation.

HOW TO USE THIS PRODUCT:

  1. Exfoliate your face with your desired facial scrub;
  2. mositurise;
  3. prime with your favourite primer;
  4. dip your beauty blender or brush in the product and blend into the skin;
  5. wait until dry and apply another layer if need be.

PRICE:

This foundation retails for £30, you get 30ml, which is more than enough for 3 months. Think about this, £10 a month. You would spend that amount on a drugstore foundation, but this is amazing quality, and doesn't contain harmful chemicals. I feel like this is a great value for money, you are buying into a great brand, which don't test against animals.
This is the best foundation that I have ever tried! And I have tried a few higher end foundations, this was not a waste of money; and when I run out I'm sure I will buy another bottle.

If you are considering buying this beautiful product, look on their website, the link is down below :)

Advice

How to plan a holiday

Twitter:AmyRoseMcGuire
Email: missamymcguire@hotmail.com

Good morning lovely people! How are you doing today? I've had a good old breakfast, and I' planning on posting three blog posts! Today is going to be a very productive and busy day for me; but I love a challenge! What are you guys up to today? Please let me know by commenting down below, or talking on my social media platforms! They are listed above and below this blog post!

I am heading to France with my boyfriend and his family in August, it's the first time I have ever been abroad! I know! I'm a very anxious bean, but this year I am fighting my fears and heading to France!
I thought that I would write this blog post to help people how to plan a holiday; as I've been planning mad for the last few months!
If you need help or advice on how to do this, have a little read below and enjoy!

P.S: if you are going on holiday, please tell me where you are going! I hope you have a lovely time!:D

If you want to read other advice posts, click here!

Buy a planning book:

I bought this from John Lewis, but it can also be found on Amazon:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/1908170085/ref=pd_lpo_sbs_dp_ss_2?pf_rd_p=569136327&pf_rd_s=lpo-top-stripe&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=0749556722&pf_rd_m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&pf_rd_r=57VPQE7SM4SGKZQJHRBX
There are other planning books out there, you don't need to buy this exact one. It retails for £9.99.

When I found out that I was actually leaving the country for the first time in my life, I was so excited, but extremely nervous! I have NEVER been outside the UK. To stop my anxiety holding me back once more I decided to take matters into my own hands and buy a planning book. This enabled me to write down everything I needed to know. For example, within this book it has several sections which are essential when planning a holiday.
Without this handy contraption, I don't think I would be leaving the country, I would be too nervous to remember the necessities at the top of my head. Having something organised to write everything down means I can look back on notes, any last minute adjustments can be made; and I can also record my encounters in another country.
Within this book there are several sections, for example:
  • Check list,
  • recommended websites to use;
  • where to go;
  • where to stay;
  • what places you want to visit;
  • how you are going to get there
This is a planners dream book! I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it! It changed my life as it didn't make me anxious, it took away my nerves of traveling to a different place. I highly recommend a planning book when you are going on holiday! I can't stress this enough!

Ask yourself questions:

When planning a holiday, you need to ask yourself the important questions, if you can't answer these questions clearly, then you need to plan further.
Ask yourself:
  • Where do you want to go?
    Where have you always wanted to go? Make your dream a reality. Where in this world has always grabbed your attention? Is it the culture? The atmosphere? The food? Architecture? Whatever you are interested in go and make it possible! I know that I have always wanted to go to Rome, and I am hoping that I will going this time next year. my passion for Italian food is unreal! Pasta is my weakness, as well as architecture. I love buildings, the way they have changed over the years due to war, weather and people. Neat and modern buildings don't interest me, I love imperfections and cracking within the bricks. I want to explore Rome, not just for the beauty,but for the adventure and fulfillment I will get out of it.
  • What is the budget?
    How much can you afford? This means that you need to plan, how long you are going to stay, where you are going to go when you get there, and what are you going to buy? I know for a fact when I go to France, I want to purchase little trinkets that remind me of where I have been; I want to make my memory realistic. You need to make sure that you know how much you are going to spend on the holiday, as well as getting there.
    To make this dream reality, you need to make sure that you stay within your budget, and don't go over the top.
  • Where are you going to stay?
    Have you looked at hotels, hostels, B&B's? What do you want to get out of the holiday, where do you want to stay during your experience? This question will be answered differently depending on what you want, and what experience you want. For example, if you want to head on an adventure and live is rough, I would say head to a hostel. They are inexpensive, and you get to meet various characters along the way. On the other hand, do you find hotels satisfying, do you want to live a world of luxury? Are you at home with bathrobes and private rooms? Bu then again, it depends on where you want to go as well.
  • How are you going to get there?
    When going on holiday, you need to make sure that you know how to get there. What way do you like to travel? Or what way is easier and less stressful for you? I know that I have a fear of flying, I have never been on a plane, and I don't think I've brave enough to do it this year. I know that the way I am heading to France is car and boat. This is the way Chris's family always does it; (my boyfriend). I find this completely perfect, I love car journeys, despite getting really sick, but after the nausea  has faded, I can sleep for hours on end.
    As long as you know how you are going to get there and back, then that's pretty much the majority of your planning sorted.
  • What do you need to bring?
    Depending on where you are going, varies on what you need to bring. For example, are you heading to Dubai? If so, do you have sun-cream? Do you have the correct clothing? Do you have the right money currency? etc.
    I know that when I head to France I need clothes that are appropriate for the British weather; you guys know what I'm talking about! Hot one minute, then cold the next!
I know that within the next few weeks I will be showing you how to pack a suit case, what you need in your suitcase, and what not to forget! As the weeks role by, I will be keeping you up to date on what I am buying for France, as well as planning.
If you need to ask me any questions,or to have a causal chat, talk to me on my social media platforms above and below this blog post! :D

Thank you for taking your time to read this! I hope you have a lovely day, and I will see you again later on today! I love you lots, stay tuned Little ones :D <3

Vegan Recipe

Fruit Salad

Twitter:AmyRoseMcGuire
Email: missamymcguire@hotmail.com

Good evening! I posted a picture on Twitter of my breakfast fruit salad and you really seemed to like it! So I thought that I would show you how I made it and what fruits I decided to throw together :).
If you want to know what I used and how to make this concoction, look below and follow the few easy steps! :D

If you want to see my other vegan recipes click here!

Ingredients:

  • 50 grams, red and green grapes, (25 grams each);
  • handful of cherries;
  • 1 pink lady apple;
  • 25 grams strawberries, (when making this concoction I ate most of the strawberries).

STEPS ON HOW TO MAKE THIS:

  1. Prepare your fruit,wash all the fruit in a sift;
  2. place the grapes and cherries into your bowl of choice;
  3. cut the top off the strawberries and place this into the bowl when done;
  4. cut the apple in half, and half again, repeat this process until you are happy with the shape of your apple. I cut it into strips as I find it easier to eat this way.
  5. ENJOY! :D

Why these ingredients?

Strawberries:
A strawberry is an excellent antioxidant, this means that they are the first call when it comes to fighting diseases in the body; they also prevent causing other damage to other cells. Strawberries also donate electrons to unstable free radicals. This means that they don't have to take electrons from innocent cells.

Grapes:
Grapes contain powerful antioxidants known as polyphenols, which may slow or prevent many types of cancer, including esophageal, lung and mouth. Antioxidants fight infections and improve your immune system. They are also super tasty and replace all the naughty treats.

Cherries:

Cherries contain powerful antioxidants like anthocyanins and cyanidin, these components build the immune system, and also detox your body from any unwanted bacteria, as well as making your healthier

Like always, thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to read this blog post, it really makes me happy to know that people out there are coming to me and reading what I have to say.
I really hope you had a good day! See you tomorrow Little ones, I'll be writing reviews on beauty and skincare products,so stay tuned for that!
Have a good night sleep! :D

Advice

Starting a new job

Twitter:AmyRoseMcGuire
Email: missamymcguire@hotmail.com

Hello and good morning Little ones! How have you all been? It's such a beautiful day outside, so I've taken advantage of the weather,and currently writing this blog post in my garden :).
What are you guys doing today? I know that when I've written this I'll be making a fruit salad for my breakfast, along with a smoothie :)

Today I thought it would be interesting to give you some advice on when you start your new job. I've entered many new working environment, so I thought by sharing my tips and tricks, it would give you more confidence of when you start your first day.
If you want to find out more have a little read below :).

If you want to read up about tips on how to pass an interview, click here!

BE CONFIDENT:

Walk into your new place of work with utter confidence! I'm not saying catwalk to the office, or ask people to kiss your feet; but to show that you have worked hard for this position. To do this, dress the part, don't be scared dressing smart, it shows that you want to be here, you want to make a good impression, and you are not afraid to follow orders.
When I started my new place at EE, or course I was nervous, but I had worked so hard in order to be there! I hadn't received uniform yet, and they told me to dress, "smart casual", I took this as a pair of jeans and shirt. But I don't do anything half-arsed. I looked online for hours on end, until I could find a polo shirt which matched their uniform colour. I remember Elliot (my manager) saying,"look Ian, she's even matched us on our tops"; he was so pleased and taken back, as he didn't expect me to match them.To some people, this amount of effort would be seen as "keen". Well ... Ignore those comments, you do you! Don't worry about what other people have to say.

Smile! Your new team are pleased to meet you, they were once in your shoes, they know how it feels to be the new member of staff. They will welcome you with open arms; but you have to set the right impression. Don't be too shy or tedious, because they will find it hard to communicate with you. Instead introduce yourself, find common interests and hold a conversation with each and everyone of them. This will build a better rapport with them; which will make it easier for you and them to communicate later on in the day; especially if you need help with something. For example when I first started working at EE, I was full of excitement and joy, I knew I had worked hard to be there, and I wasn't going to spoil it by behaving in an awkward manor. I already knew Elliot and Ian from my interview, but I saw a new face, he was called Lee. I just said "hello" and he told me things about himself, we found common ground. I done this with all the members of staff it really improved the working environment; as I felt confident around them.

DO RESEARCH IN YOUR JOB FIELD:

You already know aspects about the company, as you would have had to of researched the basics prior to the interview. But in order to shine in your business it would help to already know key information about: what they offer, what deals to the currently have, any promotions, is a sale about to take place? etc.
In my perspective, I thought that it would be vital to learn: what offers and bundle packages do EE have, researching the new launches and the inside details on the brand new phones, this being: Samsung S7 and the iPhone 6s plus.
Knowing these key bits of information came into play, as several customers asked me when the launches of the new Samsung and iPhone was being released. As well as helping customers around the shop by telling them what deals we had on etc.
This not only made me feel good, but it also gave my manager confidence as he knew that he had selected the right candidate.

ENJOY YOURSELF:

Remember to enjoy yourself! Although you are at work, and you need to make sure you are keeping on top of your targets, you need to make sure to relax. Being uptight and stressed isn't the way; as your team members will pick up on this and start to feel the same.
Instead, when the business is quiet, talk to your team, discuss that you are really enjoying your first day, and that you can't wait to see them again. This will set a positive working environment, and when a customer does walk in, they will pick up on the positivity.

Thank you for reading this post, I hope you enjoyed! I will hopefully see you again later on today, as I will be posting a vegan recipe in the afternoon!
For the meantime, enjoy the rest of the day, go out and have a picnic! That's what I'll be doing today! :D
I love you all so so much! See you again soon! Stay tuned Little ones! x x x

Product review

Mac Turquatic Perfume

Twitter:AmyRoseMcGuire
Email: missamymcguire@hotmail.com

Disclaimer: I am not being paid by Mac Cosmetics, I have been a fan of this perfume for a year now and I absolutely love it. This is based on my opinion and my opinion only.

Good morning everyone! How was your weekend? Was it productive? I started my trail day of my new job yesterday and I loved it! I will write about my experience later on today in another blog post.
If you are a Mac fan and love their products I'm sure you will like this review. If you haven't tried this perfume I suggest you do! :D
If you want to know my thoughts and feelings, and details about this product, look below and enjoy reading :)

If you want to read another review, click here!

PRESENTATION:

Can we just talk about how beautiful this packaging is?! The ombre blue, sinking into the green is enchanting and breathtaking. I have never seen anything like this with perfume packaging, it's innovative, and I'm so glad that a company has done something outside of the box. Don't get me wrong, I think the classical glass bottle and fancy writing is stunning; but this is extraordinary! Additionally, as you explore the bottle, the base has earthy green feathers, this clearly emulates seaweed; which is commonly associated with the sea. In regards to the cap on the bottle, the piercing teal green is beautiful and eye-catching; it looks like reflections of the sea surface; it brings back the memories of when I went to the aquarium center in London; and I could see what was essentially the ocean. On the other hand, the spray nozzle is fantastic, a little goes a long way! Which one pump so much perfume comes out, it covers the entire body. The pump action isn't stiff, it's smooth, and because the mental has been buffed it doesn't get stuck, unlike cheap perfumes.
The glass element adds a sense of luxury, makes it evident that it's perfume, and also makes it clearer to see the ombre affect; it creates the illusion that you are carrying the sea.
I love that Mac has embroidered their logo, this makes it evident that this is their product; anyone who looks at this will associate it with Mac, and think,'wow, this is a beautiful product, I wonder what else Mac creates'. This is what I thought, and I love their products. Additionally, I love the way they link the name of their product and portray this within the packaging; this shows that they are a well thought out business, and go outside of the box in order to compete with their market.

THE PRODUCT:

This is a well crafted perfume, we soon as you smell this scent it breathtaking and beautiful. At first it's sweet, but not in terms of actual sweets; you can tell that it's a feminine scent. It then takes you on a journey on a night out; it luxurious, sexy and mysterious. It's not overwhelming either, it doesn't smell like chemicals either, it's a natural scent. Let me put you in my perspective, it smells like when you are walking down the street, and a woman walks past you, and they smell like perfection; this is what it smells like. As well as this, it lasts a long time; although I use it a lot, as it's my go to perfume. I have used this non-stop for a year and I've purchased 3 bottles.
When I spray this, it takes me back to the time when I first bought this. I was out in London, it was the 22nd of June/July and the weather in the UK was perfect! It was around 25-30! I have heard so many great things about this perfume so I decided to finally purchase it! I went into Selfridges and headed to the Mac counter, I saw at the till point that the perfume was there; I picked it up and bought it. I remember walking outside of Selfridges, the heat hit my face and to cool myself down I sprayed this on. It was sensational; the smell was breathtaking and purely amazing. It's my favourite perfume; like I said, this is my third bottle!

PRICE:

The price of the 50ml is £39 on their website, but if you want the 20ml it's £23. This is a very affordable perfume, before I had bought this I never looked up how much it was, just because I assumed it would be around the £30-60 mark. When she said it was £30 I was shocked, it's really inexpensive for a high end fragrance; so I thought that this was a complete bargain. In the past year I have bought 3 bottles, but I've only recently bought the third, and I still have a tiny amount in my second. They also offer a roll on perfume for £16, which I also bought, and this lasted 5 months! I would normally apply that on my neck and wrists.

All in all I think this product is a must have! This is my signature smell, it's what I'm known for. My boyfriend says, "this is my Amy smell"; this is what he associates me with, it would be strange if I wore anything else.
I would HIGHLY recommend! Even if you are not into it, it makes a great gift for friends or family.
If you are interested in buying from the Mac Turquatic range click the link below and explore :D

Like always Little ones, I hope you have had a lovely day, stay tuned and see you later on today! :D

  4. after the rice has come to the boil, put a lid over it and leave to simmer, (change the temperature to 1-2), leave to cook for 10-15 minutes;
  5. put the vegetables on a baking tray with olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper; place in oven and leave to cook for 20 minutes;
  6. drain the rice and leave to sit for 5 minutes, this releases the starch;
  7. put the rice on a plate and take the vegetables out of the oven, put the vegetables on top of the rice;
  8. put chili sauce over the top, (optional);
  9. ENJOY!:D

Why these ingredients:

Brown rice:
Brown rice is a great carbohydrate, it's a long lasting food and helps you fight hunger throughout the day. It would be advisable to have this at lunch or even breakfast time, as it will give you the engery to last throughout the day. It also makes you fill full up, which is great if you are on a diet as you won't need to snack as often.

Good afternoon! I thought I would whip together another smoothie recipe, I know how much you love these recipes. They are so fun and easy to make, and also tastes delicious.
How has your day been so far? I know that I've been hunting high and low for a pair of jeans for my new workplace :').

Ingredients:

  • 50 grams grapes (red and green);
  • 1 clementine;
  • 25 grams strawberries;
  • 25ml fresh orange juice, (I used innocent orange juice).

STEPS ON HOW TO MAKE THIS:

  1. Prepare your fruit. Wash all your fruit, cut the top of the strawberries off, and peal the clementine;
  2. put the fruit into the blender, I used the BlenActive Blender;
  3. add the fresh orange juice;
  4. blend until your desired texture, I blended for 2 minutes and this made it super smooth;
  5. ENJOY!

Clementines:
Clementines are juicy delights rich in variety of vital nutrients including minerals such ascalciummagnesiumpotassium. This is fantastic brain food, and also makes you feel awake. This is the perfect fruit in the morning, as it gives you enough energy to start the day.

Grapes:

Grapes contain powerful antioxidants known as polyphenols, which may slow or prevent many types of cancer, including esophageal, lung and mouth. Antioxidants fight infections and improve your immune system. They are also super tasty and replace all the naughty treats.
