Hello and Good Evening Little ones! How have you been today? I've filmed, edited and uploaded another video! I'm keeping to my new year resolution so far and I thought that I would like to share it with you guys!
If you want a little life update with me, then have a read down below!

Check out my recent blog giveaway click here!

This is going to be a chatty blog post! No fancy pictures or layout, just raw text and emotion. One of my new years resolutions was to gain confidence, and one way in which to do this ... In my opinion was to start a YouTube channel. With this, I have to edit and look at my face for hours on end, all my imperfections are in front of me, and only a week into it, and I'm starting to see that maybe I'm not that bad after all. There are still things that I hate about myself; but that's natural and will heal in time. I knew that when I started getting used the camera, I fell in love with this hobby ... I really hope that I get to do this as my full-time job at some point, because I would be extremely happy ... I get to talk to all of you, and edit videos which I love making. I have never been this happy! I have Chris, a great home, and a job ... But I want this to be my job, I don't want it to be a hobby anymore. I want to create, I want to partake in projects which enhances my creativity. I want to show everyone that doubted me, that I can do this ... And I don't care how long it takes, I will succeed and I will be on top.
And of course I'm going to have bad days, there are going to be times where my anxiety gets the better of me ... But I won't let it bring me down.
To all of you out there, don't let people bring you down to the point where you think you can't achieve your dreams; because you can. I still have a long way to go, this is just the beginning, but it's a new year, and a new me. I know this sounds super cliche, but it's what I'm feeling at this moment in time. Everyone needs inspiration, because you never know how someone is really feeling deep inside. It might be this that motivates them to do better ... This may be the beacon of hope that  makes you rise up and face your fears.
I have a small YouTube channel, and I would love it to grow, because if it helps someone, then I have succeeded. All I want to do is help people, I'm not a great beauty guru, I don't have a label for my channel yet, it's going to be a little bit of this and that ... It's whatever you want to make it, because I want to give you, what you want; I'll just enjoy creating it. This makes me happy, me writing this currently is making me content ... I'm so grateful for technology, because it;s enabled me to be here currently.
This was meant to be a brief blog post, informing you what my YouTube channel was meant to be about, but it turned to be inspirational, and I'm ok with that.
In regards to my channel, Miss Rose McGuire, I'll be uploading a few videos a week, preferably as many as I can create and edit. Some will be based on beauty reviews, and others technology. But I want to tell you about my life, and I want to help people that suffer with anxiety and depression especially, because it's a serious issue; which I still tackle on a day to day basis.
Don't worry if you think I'm going to prioritise YouTube over blogger, that's not the case, I want to do both and I will, I love writing and I love creating videos.
If you have any suggestions for what you would like to see, please leave comments down below. Check out my channel if you want to, I will leave a link down below for you.
I hope you've had a lovely day, I will see you tomorrow with a review :)
I love you all so very much, stay safe and stay tuned Little Ones! :) x x x

Good afternoon Little ones! I'm currently curled up in bed, warm and toasty ... Just finished reading The Lake House by Kate Morton; and I'm so overwhelmed, but satisfied, that I've read another book. I thought that I would add something new to my blog, some sort of a book review? I'll do this ever so often, simply because my readers out there might want another book recommendation; so I'm here to save the day! Oh, and on the contrary, you could help me! Let me know what books you love, and I'll review them on here!
Anyhow, if you want to know more about this book then have a little wonder down below! Don't worry, I won't be giving ANY significant information away!

Check out my recent blog giveaway click here!

After reading, The Lake House it gave me a different perspective of life itself ... I was so absorbed in the characters that when it came to resurfacing life itself I was left numb. Kate Morton has a style of writing which takes you on the journey, that;s when you know you are reading an exceptional novel. She's an incredible women, with a passion with words that take your breath away. From the minuscule detailing of her surroundings, for the unfolding relationships between each character. There were times when I had to take a breather, simply because my emotions had go the better of me ... It was choking.
I felt that because she had studied Cornwall beforehand, she knew what she was writing to a tee. She nailed the salty air, and the windswept hair by the sea ... It had taken me back to the time when I had visited Cornwall ... Oh the beauty, it's utterly memorable. On the other hand, I loved the aspect of being in one era, and then another ... Books like that I adore, simply because everything comes together neatly at the end. Some people will disagree; but then everyone has a different reading and writing style; which makes book writing even more admirable. In regards to her story line it was perfection. T'was based on an abandoned home, where something heartbreaking had occurred, several people thought they were to blame for the incident ... But the answer was right in front of them. So many blot-twists, and shocking revelations. It pulls on your deepest emotion and takes you with them. You are there with the charters, you are in their minds, you can see and feel what they feel; and that's a blessing and a curse.
Kate Morton tied in several significant and triggering revelations in her book, WW1 and WW2, and what it was like for both men and women in those days.
I don't want to give any charter development away, simply because it would ruin your reading experience.
Therefore, if you adore mystery and having to guess what happens next, then you will fall in love with this book. It's my favourite out of her entire book collection, I would know since I've read the entirety of her books. But they have all left me speechless and wanting more.
Just like always I find it hard to pick up another book when I have been swaying with emotions, it'll be a few days until I can read again, just because I have fallen deeply in love with the book, and reading another wouldn't feel right ... Does anyone else feel like that? I hope that I'm not overly insane.

I must now love you and leave you. I hope that you enjoyed this short but sweet blog post! I enjoyed writing it! I promise you will love the book, and if you don't then that's fine; it's not the one for you.
Anyhow, if you do get the chance of picking up this book, please tell me what you think about it! I would love to know!
I'll leave a link below to where you can purchase this story, if you are still interested of course!
I love you all so very much, see you soon! Stay safe and stay tuned Little ones! :) x x x

Have you seen my giveaway? If not click here!

Good evening lovely people! How has your day been today? I was at my EE training, final day tomorrow, I'll be sad to see everyone go; but they have a future in front of them :). It also means that I have more time to write blog posts; which feel me with such excitement and happiness! I'm sorry that I've only been posting one a day, I need to try and make it back to 2 or 3; but it's been a hectic week; I hope you understand.

Any who, it sprug to mind, that some people have no idea what to buy for other people when it comes to: Birthday's anniversaries, Christmas etc. I have always been known for buying good presents, it's my boyfriend's brothers Birthday soon and he had no idea what to buy him; until I told him, God damn for him stealing my idea. But I just thought that this would be great advice for everyone that struggles to buy for people.
I'm here to break it down and make it simple! If you want to learn some tips and tricks have a little read down below; I hope you enjoy and find it helpful :).

If you want to read other advice blog posts, click here!

Make it personal:

Fundamentally, before I buy anything I create a brainstorm of what they like and what that particular gift would mean to them. For example, in terms of my bestfriend Eisha, I would put her name in the middle, and branch off what she likes, what we have done together, her favourite food etc. From this you get a deeper analysis of what you can buy.
In my perspective I have always bought presents which is sentimental and personal for them, simply because it shows that not only do you care, not only do you know them well; but you have put the time and effort into something which didn't need to be so special. I'm not saying that it needs to be extravagant, but going the extra mile does show that you care.
An example of making it personal would be:
DIY. Nothing shows more care and appreciation then crafting something with your bare hands. It can be anything ranging from:
  • Tie-Dye clothing;
  • candles;
  • painting, drawing, sculpting;
  • photo-book
These are just a few ideas, you don't have to use these, it's just for inspiration :).
In my opinion, one DIY present that worked really well for me was the photo-book, I made a scrapbook for dear friend of mine, pictures, quotes, films, food etc. Were all in this book, unfortunately I didn't take a picture of the finial product because this was a few years ago, but it will filled to the brim with years of friendship.

On the other hand, in regards to about them, you need to make sure that you have everything down. I use their hobbies and what they have always wanted as an immediate guideline. For example, it's my boyfriend's brothers Birthday soon. He loves football, Tottenham and Barcelona, as well as other sports, gaming etc. I thought that it would be fantastic to get Chris (my boyfriend) to buy him a Barcelona shirt, simply because Sam has wanted this for years; I still can't believe Chis never thought of this! Whereas I thought that it would be great to buy a new trendy sports bag for School; he SERIOUSLY needs one! Ia addition to this my next point is :

Look for what they need

I sure as hell used this on my boyfriend for Christmas, like his brother he needed a new bag, apart from that I bought him: Levi jeans, chocolates, fragrance etc. I showered him with gifts, because it made me happy to see him pleased; and because I really wanted to.
Use this tip when buying for somebody, because they will really love that you have purchased something that they need; they then don't have to buy it! I love these, if not they are my favourite presents to receive in my opinion :).

This is the end of my blog post, thank you for reading and I hope that this has helped you in some way shape and form :).
I will see you tomorrow with a vegan recipe and a product review :). If you want to see those stay tuned little ones! :D x x x

Good morning my lovely's! How was your night sleep? I have already watered my flowers, and I'm going to be buying a new addition to the family later on; I will let you guys know all about it :).
In regards to this blog post I made it at the top of my head ... And I can't believe it worked! I was pondering on what I could have for breakfast, and then I thought I have this this and this; why not throw it together? I did and it worked!
If you want to know how to make this concoction, have a gander below :)

If you want to see another vegan recipe, click here!

Ingredients for base:

  • 1 cup branflakes;
  • 1 cup oats;
  • 1 cup almond milk.

Ingredients for filling and base:

  • 50 grams of your yogurt of choice, I chose Alpro berry yogurt;
  • 25 grams of green and red grapes;
  • 4 blackberries;
  • 10 grams blueberries;
  • 1 cherry.

STEPS ON HOW TO MAKE THIS:

  1. Put the branflakes and oats into a bowl, and crush with your hands;
  2. add the almond milk and stir until combined, put the mixture at the bottom of the tin and press down with a folk;
  3. add into the tin of your choice. I used a small cake tin as I wanted a thick base;
  4. spread the yogurt on top of the base;
  5. place your fruits on top of the yogurt; you don't have to make it fancy I just wanted it to look pretty;
  6. put in the fridge for 30-45 minutes;
  7. cut your slice, drizzle golden syrup (optional) and ENJOY! :D

Why these ingredients:

Almond milk:
Almond milk is filled with potassium, this helps prepare and enhance: cells, tissue and organs in the human body. This is essential in everyday life, you always need to repair yourself.

Blueberries:

The blueberry's fiber, potassium, folate, and vitamin C coupled with its lack of cholesterol, all support heart health. The fiber in blueberries helps lower the total amount of cholesterol in the blood and decrease the risk of heart disease this is perfect if heart disease runs in the family.

Blackberries:

Much like spinach, raisins, apples, plums and grapes, blackberries are rich in bioflavonoids and Vitamin C. This is perfect for the skin, it replaces new cells, as well as keeping the skin firm and soft.

Strawberries:

A strawberry is an excellent antioxidant, this means that they are the first call when it comes to fighting diseases in the body; they also prevent causing other damage to other cells. Strawberries also donate electrons to unstable free radicals. This means that they don't have to take electrons from innocent cells.

Grapes:

Grapes contain powerful antioxidants known as polyphenols, which may slow or prevent many types of cancer, including esophageal, lung and mouth. Antioxidants fight infections and improve your immune system. They are also super tasty and replace all the naughty treats.

Cherries:

Cherries contain powerful antioxidants like anthocyanins and cyanidin, these components build the immune system, and also detox your body from any unwanted bacteria, as well as making your healthier.

I hope you enjoy this recipe, it was my own creation and it actually worked out! I still can't believe that this actually worked and tastes amazing! Thank you again for reading this post, I would love to see your recreations of this recipe!

Please tell me what you think, and give me suggestions of what you would like me to make in the future.

My first time gardening

Gardening adventure

If you want to keep up to date with that I do on a daily basis follow me on my social media above, and I'll be sure to follow you right back :).

Good afternoon my lovely's! I'm here again, writing another blog post, lets hope you aren't bored of them! I thought that it would be interesting to show you what I was up to this morning and yesterday evening. It was my first time gardening and I wanted to share my experience with you. I'm no genius with gardening, I'm a noob, but I love flowers and nature!
If you want to see more blog posts like this let me know in the comments below or on my social media :)

My first experience:

First and foremost, this was the first time in my life that I had ever done gardening, I have no idea why it took me so long; but it's a new hobby that I love and wish to continue in the future. When I was a little girl I used to water my Nanny's flowers (aka potato fairy-my own personal joke). I would love seeing the flowers grow and turn into different colours. It was an enchanting experience, how I wish I could go back there; but she's unfortunately passed away. Gardening yesterday bought back nostalgia of when I used to see my Nan; she loved flowers, and she would be so proud of me if she could see me now.
More-so, when I was gardening, I felt at peace, I was so content and happy. I could see my mum in the living-room smiling at me. She watched everything come to life with my bare hands. I think she she's her Mum in me, in which pleases her.
I loved cutting the bag of compost open, and smelling the rich soil, it was breathtaking, it was like I was with my Nan. Also collecting the stones to go at the bottom of the pot was great, Chris (my boyfriend) Anne (boyfriends mum) and I went around my garden and searched for stones. The day was beautifully bright, and there was happiness in the air; I love their company; they make me ever so content. It was great teamwork in a nutshell; they are so incredibly important to me :).

What motivated me to start now?

Since becoming vegan I have discovered various factors in life, one being to grow your own fruit and vegetables; but I had no idea how to. I put it to one side and thought, 'seems stressful and so much work'. But I saw the pure beauty, especially in Anne's garden. I saw what the potential was, her garden is stunning. She has gorgeous flowers everywhere you go, rich in colour and personality. Everywhere I stepped I could see her hard work. Eventually I saw her gardening, she taught me the basics and even took me shopping for flower supplies. Me and her have bonded greatly, and I love her; I really do. I saw all of her hard work, and wanted to emulate it. Anne grows the BEST strawberries! They are so sweet and juicy! She's also growing peas and broad beans! I can't wait to see what they turn out like :).
I remember seeing her yesterday, and she was telling me that she has seen a double rose bush, and that she wanted to clone the flower. I loved this idea! We both went down to where it was and cut off the dead stems. We have put them in water and we are simply waiting for it to grow roots; after that we can plant them and pray that it grows into a double rose.
We are having a competition to see who's grows first! I hope I win! :') ... Something she did say which was very sweet and kind was, "if this works, I will give you the stem to the white rose in our garden". This was so overwhelming and kind, simply because they are my favourite flowers, and it was my Nan's favourite! If this works it'll be like my Nan is in the garden with me.

What will happen in the future?

In regards to the future I will 100% improve on what I have. I know that there's only a few flowers, but I will be growing vegetables in pots in a few weeks time. I will also expand to the flowers and go all out! I want my garden to become a forest! I want my mum and Anne to be proud of my hard work. I will keep you up to date with what I add to my garden, and give you a detailed review on what I've bought and what I'm going to do :).

Thank you so much for reading this post! I want to see what you guys get up to! And if that's: painting, gardening, reading etc! Anything please let me know! I have so many hobbies to catch up on! And we can have a conversation on the interest traits we share!
I love you all so very much and I will see you tomorrow with a vegan recipe and a review, or I might even take you out on a trip to London! Tell me what yo want :)
Stay tuned Little ones, and stay safe! :) x x x

Vegan Recipe

Vegan Pizza Recipe:

Hello! And good evening! How have you all been today? It's been beautiful weather in the UK today, and I went for a job interview; I feel that it went really well, and if so I will update you guys on that very shortly :).
I thought that I would share my other secret love ... Pizza, but even better! Vegan pizza! If you want to know how to make this beauty, look below and follow my simple steps :).

If you want to look at another recipe click here!

Ingredients for the base:

  • 100 grams self-raising flour;
  • 100ml warm water;
  • 2tbs olive oil

Ingredients for the topping:

  • 3tbs red pesto sauce;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 garlic clove;
  • 1 chili;
  • parsley

STEPS ON HOW TO MAKE THIS:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180;
  2. prepare your vegetables, chop the: onion, garlic, chili and parsley;
  3. Sift your flower into a bowl, and create a circle in the middle;
  4. Pour the water and oil into the bowl and mix;
  5. place the dough onto a flat surface, place flour into your hands and start to kneed the dough; do this for 5 minutes;
  6. place the dough on greaseproof paper and roll the dough with a rolling pin until it's as thick as you want it to be;
  7. spread the red pesto sauce onto the dough evenly;
  8. place the: garlic, onion and chili onto the pizza;
  9. put into the oven for 20 minutes, and turn halfway;
  10. put the pizza on the plate and sprinkle chopped parsley
  11. ENJOY! :D

Why these ingredients?

Garlic:
Depending on how we prepare our garlic depends on how much nutrients we get out of it; this is why I have suggested either: cutting or crushing. This increases the enzymes within the garlic, these enzymes can prevent cancer.

Parsley:
Parsley has a huge amount of vitamin K, this helps builds bones and heals heart disease. in addition to this, parsley also has vitamin A, which as we already know is great for our eyes, and acts as a fantastic antioxidant.

Red pesto:
Pesto is enriched with vitamins A and C, this helps boost your immune system, this will help fight infection, while keeping you fit and healthy. Whereas vitamin A is good is amazing for you eye health; it makes them stronger as well as being a great antioxidant.

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to read this post! I hope you have had a lovely day! Stay tuned Little ones, and I will see you soon :) x x x

Vegan breakfast smoothie

Strawberry, oat and banana smoothie:

If you want to keep up to date with that I do on a daily basis follow me on my social media above, and I'll be sure to follow you right back :).

Hello Little ones! Hope you are well and having a good day, I have another smoothie recipe for you! I hope you enjoy it; this is the perfect start of the day meal; if you are in a rush you can drink this on the go and still feel full and energised :).

You can check out my other smoothie recipe click here!

If you want to make this yummy smoothie look at the simple steps down below :).

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana;
  • 5 strawberries;
  • 25grams oats;
  • 50grams alpro almond milk
These are just the measurements I used to make a small smoothie, it filled half of the 600 ml bottle. You can double the ingredients if you want to; this is just what I wanted to do. Also a tip when blending, make sure you blend for 2-3 minutes for a smooth texture; because the oats are hard you want to make sure that they are smooth at the end. If you like bits in your drink, or don't mind textures then you don't have to do this:).

STEPS ON HOW TO MAKE THIS:

  1. Cut up your strawberries and banana and place them in the blender;
  2. pour the oats into the blender slowly (so that you don't make a mess);
  3. slowly pour the almond milk into the blender;
  4. BLEND;
  5. optional step: scatter oats onto your smoothie for extra crunch;
  6. ENJOY! :D

Why these ingredients?

Banana:
Banana's are filled with potassium, this mineral helps function and repair: cells, tissue and muscle within the body. It also makes you feel more energised by sending electrolyte (an element which sends electricity around the body); along with sodium etc.

Oats:
Oats have a slow release level of energy, this means that you can have these for breakfast and last a long time without food. This is handy if you are on a diet and want to loose weight; as you won't get hungry as often throughout the day.

Thank you for reading this post, I would love to see your recreations! Tag me on my social media platforms:
