VAGINA HYGIENE

Good evening Little Ones! I've just arrived home from London, work was liberating, but I'm now in my happy place, writing away, my aim has always been to type whatever comes to mind; but I wish to work on publishing my content, without feeling anxious on who may judge it.
Today's topic may seem humorous, and some aspects will be ... But it's personal, for women out there personal hygiene is extremely sensitive. But look up to me as your fairy godmother, but for your vagina? Jokes aside, this blog post is going to walk you through several tips, on how to maintain the perfect vagina.
To ensure you are keeping up to date with previous blog posts, click here! Without any further or do, let's roll on vagina 101.

As women, we are expected to recite the rule-book of how to care and maintain for our vagina's, and feel utterly ashamed when something doesn't go quite to plan. Take me for instance, I'm an absolute germaphobe, I carry bottles of hand sanitiser, vagina wipes and even vagina deodorant ... Yes it exists, some people may assume that it's over the top, but it's become apart of my daily life. Who else feels dirty when having to use a public bathroom? The idea of thousands of people using the same toilet makes me cringe, which is why I take extra precautions, thus the vagina wipes and deodorant, nothing makes me feel crisp than spraying my lady garden with a heavenly scent.
Fundamentally, I want share simple tips and tricks on how to not only care for your vagina, but prevent nasty infections from settling in, for instance, UTI (Urinary Tract Infection). I've been there, and believe me, it's not where you want to be, you can catch these horrid beasts due to: poor personal hygiene, sex, and in my case, my kidneys don't function effectively. On occasions I still suffer with UTI's, but these tips, as well as medication have reduced these massively.
Before we get into the nitty-gritty, I'm going to be mentioning a tone of Femfresh products, this blog post has not been sponsored, I've always used this brand when it comes to vagina health, and I haven't been keen to look elsewhere.

BUY VAGINA PRODUCTS:

FEMFRESH ULTIMATE CARE SOOTHING WASH:
But Amy, do I really have to keep my soaps separate, why can't I use my normal body wash? Ladies, when I tell you this, it's the make or break for preventing UTI's, if you fancy clenching the toilet seat, due to hot lava flowing through your urethra, be my guest; if not try the Femfresh ultimate care soothing wash. This beauty is enriched with cranberry extracts, which naturally prevents UTI's, why wouldn't you want that? Saves you from drinking cranberry juice in the morning.
I'm not saying you have to bathe your entire body in this product, but having soap made specifically for your lady garden, doesn't hurt.
FEMFRESH WIPES:
If you are going to take anything away from this blog post, let it be this! Vagina wipes, facial wipes, baby wipes ... They are essential in our daily lives. If you aren't willing to switch the soap, purchase these.
When you need extra freshness, for instance ... That time of the month, don't take a chance, no one wants to smell like a local fish market. Besides, when you hit desperation and you need to use a public bathroom, and regular toilet-paper doesn't cut it, these wipes have your back. Bringing out the big guns, isn't necessarily a negative thing.
FEMFRESH DEODORANT:
Well that's a bit excessive Amy. Maybe, but I carry this around like normal deodorant, you DON'T have to buy this product, I use it more for discomfort; we've all been there when it gets too hot, summer is the absolute worst! When I feel I'm getting agitated, or anxious about forming an unpleasant odour, I spray this.
At first it tickles, due to the fact you are spraying deodorant on your vagina; but after a while it becomes refreshing.

VAGINA TIPS AND TRICKS:

EMBRACE YOUR INNER GREEK GODDESS:
I'm not saying wear a white robe, but what you may consider doing is introducing Greek yogurt into your daily diet, I know it's bland, but what I personally do in the mornings is; take a large portion of Greek yogurt, and adding: grapes, banana and strawberries. That way I'm getting 3 of my 5 a day, and I'm digesting Greek yogurt.
Amy, what is so significant about this product? Well Little Ones, it's a known fact that Greek yogurt help boost good bacteria in your vagina, which prevents yeast infections selling in, I've never been in that situation, and to be perfectly honest; I don't fancy it anytime soon.
GO COMMANDO (DARE IT  DURING THE DAY):
I'm not saying throw away your sexy lace thong, because to be perfectly honest, it's all I own, and it doesn't hurt to feel like Mrs Grey once in a while.
Besides the point, if you aren't brave enough to walk around with no underwear on, I completely understand ... Not comfortable with jeans, has to be said.
But, what I chose to do, is wear a baggy t-shirt, (preferably from your partner) and head to bed commando, that way I don't feel anxious as I have something covering me. It lets your vagina breath, if you have it squished 24/7, it's going to become sweaty, which would then produce an unpleasant odour. To free yourself from discomfort and embarrassment, hit the hay with no underwear on.
LUBE:
Ladies! Doesn't it suck when you are getting it on with your partner, and your vagina doesn't get the memo? DRYNESS GALORE, which is more common than we like to admit.When you get down to business, try lube, that way you don't have to worry about your vagina flaps flying off, sex isn't meant to be unpleasant believe it or not.
Personally, (and this is not sponsored), I use KY jelly, it's unscented, and it doesn't get extremely sticky, doesn't taste great, so use this after foreplay.

MY ECZEMA

ECZEMA AND ME:

Snapchat: amymrmcguire

YOUTUBE: MissRoseMcGuire

Good afternoon Little Ones! Sun is shining bright in my hometown, and I'm feeling optimistic, I've a few days, but tomorrow's blog post will explain everything.
Today marks the day where I share another massive insecurity of mine, that so happens to be my eczema. I've had this for a  number of years on and off, and recently it's happened to flare up ... Why? I ask it time and time again, doesn't feel like giving me an answer.
To ensure you are keeping up to date with my daily blog posts, click here to read more! Without any further or do, let's roll on my eczema.

WHERE IT ALL STARTED:

I only realised a few years ago, that numerous red, itchy dry patches, started to emerge on the surface of my skin, it would move sporadically around my arms, chest and neck; but never more than that.
I assumed it was due to a particular shower gel, or body butter, so I kept my cleansing routine simple.
A few weeks pass, and nothing seemed to work, I spoke to my sister, (she suffers with eczema), right away she stated, "wow, you have eczema, you should probably see a doctor".
Still to this day, I have no idea how or why I managed to obtain this interesting skin condition, but it's going to stick by my side for the long run.

DO I KNOW WHEN IT'S GOING TO FLARE UP?

But, what I have noticed, is that if I feel partially anxious or depressed, it starts to flare up, especially my arm ... Once it's landed it spreads like wildfire. In order for it to disappear I need to calm down, and remain content.
Although, for the past few weeks I've been struggling massively with my mental health, no matter how much double-base cream I apply, if I still feel numb; my eczema will remain intact.
Time has past, and it's starting to die down, I've been on new anti-depressants for 48 hours, I feel OK, defiantly calmer, and guess what, my eczema has almost gone! Still dry and slightly painful, but it's completely disappeared from my neck and collarbone.

MY CURE:

Depending on the type of eczema you have, depends on what treatment is available for you, I suffer with both: atopic dermatitis (chronic and inflammatory-immune system that goes into overdrive), and contact dermatitis, (skin comes into contact with an irritable surface).
Both types can be treated easily with a prescribed double-base cream, I continue to use it until it's said goodbye, it can take a few days, or a couple of weeks, either way, it will fade away eventually.
I've grown accustomed to my eczema, and I'm not afraid to say that it's who I am, it's a physical sign to warn me that I need to take a break; which isn't so bad.

Right Little Ones, that's for today's read, I hope you found this interesting, defiantly different for me ... I'm sorry that I've missed a couple of days. But, as mentioned previously, I will be releasing a detailed blog post with what's been happening.
As for now, I love you all so very much! If you have any recommendations, leave a comment down below, or use my social media handles.
Have a lovely day, and I will see you tomorrow! Remember to stay safe and stay tuned! :) x x x

ADVICE-REVISING FOR EXAMS

ACING THAT EXAM-KILLER REVISION TIPS:

Snapchat: amymrmcguire
Email: missamymcguire@hotmail.com
YOUTUBE: MissRoseMcGuire

Good afternoon Little Ones! As promised here's a guide on how to revise for your exams, some of you may have mock exams coming up, or maybe you want to prepare for your exams years in advance, whatever the case this is the blog post for you!
This is going to be a heck of a read, but if you want to ace your exams, you will do whatever it takes; even if that means taking 10 minutes out of your day to read this.
To ensure you are keeping up to date with my daily blog posts, click here to read more! Without any further or do, let's roll on the revision tips! (Don't frown)

Before we get started, let's get something straight, this is a guide to help you, if you don't follow through with determination you won't pass your exams. Smell that? Burgers ... Hello McDonald's, is that where you want to be? No? Then focus.
I understand that everyone learns differently, luckily enough you came to the right place, I'm going to portray several different revision strategies; so if you don't feel like one is working out, you can try another.
When I'm revising I use all of these strategies, as my attention span is disgusting, plus, it makes it more exciting, and yes you can interject the word exciting with revising; believe it or not it can be fun.

MOTIVATION:

Amy what does motivation have to do with revision? Let me think ... Everything, this is the definite factor that will either get you a C or an A, I've been there and done that, and here's a real life example. When I started my GCSE's I didn't have the pure motivation, which resulted in average grades,
I saw that on paper in year 10 and was utterly disgusted, I used that to punch my way through year 11; every single day after school I revised for several hours, alternating subjects.
Guess what, it damn well payed off, landed myself with several A*'s and A's ... My only C was maths, which was my toughest subject.
But I didn't stop there, I had a reputation to uphold, in A-Level, despite my mental health swallowing me up to the point where I nearly committed suicide.
I grafted and  walked out with two A's and a B, again I'm repeating the attitude at University, constantly getting A's ... That grade doesn't appear out of thin air, you HAVE to put the work in, regardless of how you feel.
If you don't want to, then kiss your education goodbye, and land a basic job.
But I know you can do this, if I can do it, you can do it! When I was at my all time low, I didn't think I was capable of picking up a pen, let alone sit an exam ... It took my head of year, several counselling sessions to put me back on track. You can do this, if you are sitting there thinking you can't ... You can, I believe in you Little One.

DON'T LEAVE IT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE:

If you've been landed with an exam in 6 months time, don't wait a few days before the exam to start studying, by that time it's too late. You'll put too much pressure on yourself, in which you will forget the relevant information you need to know. If you feel you can perform under pressure then be my guest, I wouldn't risk it for that chocolate biscuit.
Space your time wisely, revise for an hour every day up until your exam, that way you can lock the facts away, until it's time to show that piece of paper what you are made of.
Additionally, take your time, slow and steady in this circumstance wins the race, learn at a pace where you are most comfortable, there is no point skimming through a page and getting agitated with yourself because it's not sticking; and if you can't get through all the content, save it for another revision session.

REVISING TIP ONE | COLOUR COORDINATION:

Firstly, I've been using this technique since I started my GCSE's, and due to my grades, I think it's paid off pretty well, before you judge try it out for yourself.
What this consists of, is finding any colour of your choice, and delegating that specific colour to a topic, for example, I have to learn three main areas in digital marketing communications, orange is traditional media, green is new media, and blue is relevant theories.
Once you have the basics nailed down, and it comes to writing about said topic, you will start to remember which colour corresponds to each topic, so you can pick up the colour of the pen, and remember what you were writing.
On the other hand, it's also a great way to organise your notes, as portrayed in the images above having dedicated coloured sections for a specific topic is so helpful, when you look back at your revision notes, it'll be easier to differentiate between other information. Whereas, if it was all the same colour, you will waste time scanning through a page. With revision, it's all about making it easier, there it no point becoming stressful when preparing for exams, give yourself a break and relax.

POST-IT-NOTES:

If you live by yourself perfect, if not then this will irritate your family members or partner, Chris has become increasingly agitated with post-it-notes all over the apartment; but I do whatever it takes to ensure that the information stays put.
Place these notes where you commonly go, for instance, I have one placed where I take my makeup off, meaning when I head off to bed, I can remember that specific fact. If you place these helpful guides everywhere, you are constantly being reminded of what you need to know. So much easier than sticking your head in a book for hours on end.
Additionally, when making these post-it-notes, make sure they are brief, simply because it's easier to remember as there's not much to digest, but you have to make sure that it covers all the relevant content. Also, as you can see in the images above, if you find it hard to remember information with words, draw simple illustrations that link with the point; just a little tip.

REPEAT REPEAT REPEAT:

Right, this isn't fun, if anything it's really boring ... But it does work. This moved me from a G to a C in maths. It consists of writing the relevant information, and repeating it over and over again until it's turned into cement in your mind. I usually do this tactic, and then write it town in colour coordination, and then finally note it down on a post-it-note. That way, it's staying in my mind, and I can remind myself when need be.
It's time consuming, but if I was going to recommend any revision tips, this would be the section to take away with you.

ORGANISE YOUR TIME:

Everyone assumes that you have to spend hours and hours on end, and never have a life ... That's not the case at all! If you've given yourself time in advance for the exam, you are laughing. Get yourself a dairy, and delegate specific time zones where and when you revise, you can organise your personal life, hobbies and work.
It doesn't need to be as stressful as some people make it, just simply organise your time effectively, I come across as a nagging mum on steroids, but it's because I care! I'm trying to make your revision sessions easier, and not like the world is ending.

GET SOMEONE TO TEST YOU:

How are you meant to know if the information is staying if you don't get someone to test you? Remember you have learnt this information in a very specific way, get your family member, or whoever you have around you, to test you in a different format. That way you are remembering the information and not the way you have written it.
At the end of the test, you will know your strengths and weaknesses, which mean if there is something you are struggling with, you revise it, until it becomes your strength.
I find this tip extremely helpful, besides it's a break from writing and being quiet, at least you get a form of human interaction.

Now Little Ones! Time for me to head off and prepare for my video! I hope you didn't find this too nag worthy, but I'm doing it because I want you to pass your exams! Oh! And I haven't forgot my marketing clan, I know some of you have been asking for a marketing revision blog post; that is coming don't worry!
I love you all so very much, I will see you tomorrow with something special! Remember to stay safe and stay tuned! :) x x x

Welcome again Little ones! How are you today? I feel the autumn hitting, the leaves are turning and I love it. I've been having a relaxing day today, it was also my Mothers Birthday! She was ever so happy with what I bought her :). Other than spending time with her I thought that it was about time to experiment in the kitchen and make another vegan recipe! So here it is ladies and gents! Get in that kitchen and start cooking!

If you want to see another vegan recipe, click here!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 200 grams self-raising flour;
  • salt;
  • 50 grams caster sugar;
  • 50 grams coconut oil (put in the fridge before use, this is your butter subsistence);
  • 15ml almond milk;
  • 25 grams frozen raspberries.

STEPS ON HOW TO MAKE THIS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees;
  2. prepare baking tray: brush on vegetable oil onto a baking pan and place over grease-proof paper, this is where you will place your cakes later;
  3. Sift the flour and pinch of salt into a large bowl;
  4. take the coconut oil out of the fridge, this should be solid enough to place into the flour, you should then rub the flour and coconut oil together until it forms fine breadcrumbs;
  5. put the caster sugar into the flour mixture and mix until well combined;
  6. put in the raspberries and mix until well combined, there should be a raspberry in every bite of the rock-cake;
  7. pour in the almond milk, stir until all the cake batter has joined together;
  8. take some of the mixture into your hands and place onto the baking sheet you prepared earlier. Make a circle, but do it imperfectly (as shown in the first picture), this makes it more authentic;
  9. repeat stage 8 until all the mixture has been used up;
  10. put into the oven for 15 minutes, you know they are done when the edges are golden brown;
  11. put onto a plate and ENJOY! :D

WHY THESE INGREDIENTS?

Raspberry:
Raspberries is one of the greatest antioxidant foods, it cleanses the body and makes you feel great inside. As well as being super delicious, raspberries can also prevent cancer, science studies have shown this.

Almond milk:
Almond milk is filled with potassium, this helps prepare and enhance: cells, tissue and organs in the human body. This is essential in everyday life, you always need to repair yourself.

Coconut oil:
Coconut oil high in natural saturated fats. Saturated fats not only increase the healthy cholesterol (known as HDL) in your body, but also help to convert the LDL “bad” cholesterol into good cholesterols. So if you are on a high fat diet, try coconut oil instead, it will benefit your heart at the end of the day.

Ok Little ones! This is the time where I depart, but don't you worry I will be back later on with something new! Sounds exciting right?! I will be introducing a new segment to my blog entirely; find out later on by following my social media! :D

It was fun making these bundles of joys, please show me your recreations, or tell me if you loved them, I know me and my boyfriend did :).
Any how, I love you all so very much, see you again soon! Stay safe and stay tuned Little ones :)

Advice-IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome)

Living with IBS

Good afternoon Little ones! How have you been today? I've been doing my last week of training, mixed with preparing for University, it's literally so crazy! I'm sorry that I haven't been posting regularly, I hate that I'm not posting everyday; but as soon as I get into University and have my timetable I will be back to normal!
As you can tell by the title of the blog post I am going to be telling you about my history with IBS and what it's all about! If you suffer from this condition, or just want to find out what it's like to live with have a little read down below :).

If you want to read other advice blog posts, click here!

WHAT IS IBS?

IBS, which is also stands for Irritable Bowel Syndrome. It's a condition that affects your large intestine (colon), it causes it pass food through your system as fast as possible; which means everything that you eat goes through you! It makes you insanely bloated, and the pain is immense, (the pain does vary); in my case the pain is so bad I pass out. With IBS it's a chronic long term problem, some cases worse than others, you may have to go to the doctors to maintain the pain, or to keep food down. For example, IBS can last a few hours, or a few days, it depends what's causing it. IBS can be caused from particular foods or major anxiety, which is what I suffer from, this is a huge factor for why I get IBS so often.

SHOULD I GO TO THE DOCTOR?

Fundamentally, this is all based on how much pain you can take, and if you feel that this is a major concern. When it came to me I felt like I left it too late, simply because I would suffer with IBS at least once a month, for that one day of the month I would be in excruciating pain, could not move in the slightest; and it would last AT LEAST 6 hours ... Yes I would sit on the toilet for that amount of time. Let me talk about the bloating! I would be insanely swollen and bloated! I would look pregnant, that's the gas in your stomach expanding; IT DOES GO DOWN! Don't worry! When this first happened to me I was panicking, it takes a day or so to go back to normal; so don't worry :).
If this is happening to you very frequently, I was suggest that you head over a doctor, they will then be able to give you medication for your: pain, swelling and anxiety. Evidently, anxiety is a seperate issue; but if it interlinks with your IBS then your doctor can suggest if not give you new medication which suits your needs :).

MY IBS STORIES:

  • Caught in London:
    This happened 2 years ago, I was visiting a guy I was talking to in London, he was based in Kingston; this was the first time I was going there in my life! I was new to traveling alone, and testing the waters in a place like London was wrong! I remember arriving at Finsbury Park, heading down the stairs to the underground, and that's when the anxiety hit. My heart was pounding, the fear of getting lost or hurt was constantly spiraling around my mind until I arrived at Kingston. When I met up with the guy I was completely fine, I was happy that I was getting to know him more as well the area; Kingston is beautiful! After 3 hours of being there I started feeling a slight pain in my stomach, I knew straight away that it was IBS; but I put it to the back of my mind and tried to ignore it. NOT THE THING TO DO! After 20 minutes of me trying to ignore it, a wave of pain paralyzed my entire body, I could not move; I literally fell to the floor. I remember waking up with Mark (the guy I was talking to), he helped me up, I was BLOATED! I remember sitting up and being in so much pain. It then struck that I needed to get home; but I was 2 hours away. I had to go on 3 seperate trains, including the London underground. The longer I held this in for made the pain even worse, I collapsed again on the London underground, this time a doctor that was on the train calmed me down and carried me to my final train, luckily he was from Welwyn (Where I live) and helped me home. The thing with IBS, is that you can't do anything, you just need a toilet ;').
    I phoned my Dad, and he picked me up from the Welwyn train station and drove me home as fast as he could. When I arrived home I was on the toilet for 4 hours ... A lot of YouTube videos were watched in that time, and also to distract the pain.
  • The middle of the night:
    Fundamentally, I'm a VERY deep sleeper, so deep that a fire alarm won't wake me up ... Yes I'm being serious. So the fact that IBS did was shocking! All I remember is a strange dream, I was being stabbed over and over again, more like a nightmare right? :').
    I could feel everything! I woke up, and my stomach was on fire! I assumed that it had taken a few hours, as I was extremely bloated, and the pain was so intense! It was dead on 3am, I crawled to the bathroom with my duvet and rocked back and forth. The pain was out of this world, IBS pain is the worst pain I have ever felt; I would rather someone punch me in the face. After 3 hours I was exhausted, I wanted this to end, so I got up and went to bed. Not even 5 minutes passed and I had to rush back to the toilet ... 9am came around and I was done, I was finished on the loo! 6 hours! That was the longest time I have ever spent in the bathroom! After that IBS episode I went to bed and woke up later that afternoon, I tried to eat a dry bit of toast and that went right through me. It took 3 days before I could hold any food down at all.
IBS that lasted 10 days:This was the most recent episode, as you may or may not already know, I have just come back from France, it was my first time abroad. Anxiety was surrounding me as per usual, mixed with different food and living environment. After 3 days of being there a constant pain in my stomach lived there, everything I ate and drank increased the pain,I would try and go to the toilet but nothing would come out; I was terribly bloated and the pain was like IBS. The week passes by and the pain is still there, I'm still able to keep food down, but I didn't want to eat because it hurt so much. As soon as I get back to the UK I'm terribly sick, everything I'm eating is going through me, I lost quite a bit of weight, the pain was getting worse and worse. This was absolutely terrifying! After 5 days of not being able to eat or keep food down I went to the doctors, they were worried that it might of been something else, but they came to the conclusion that it was IBS; but because of the climate change it had made the IBS even worse. They gave me medication which reduced the swelling, pain, and widened my intestines, this enabled me to eat without it hurting as it would make room for the food. After two days of this medication it enabled me to be able to keep hold of my food, it was still going through me; but not as fast as previous days. A full 10 days pass and I'm finally able to eat proper food while keeping it down at the same time. It was so scary for me, this was a different perspective of IBS that I had never experienced. Just to let you know, especially people that suffer with IBS it can last a few hours to a few days, if you are really worried go to the doctors and get checked out; that's what I did.

Good afternoon, how are you all today? It's been a while since I've posted a vegan recipe, I'm really sorry about that, I've been traveling due to work training! I made this delicious concoction yesterday evening and I loved it; I'm using the left overs and eating it for lunch today :).
I hope you are having a lovely day so far, I know that I will be ordering my boyfriends anniversary present right after this!
Any how, if you want to know how to make this recipe, have a read below and enjoy! :D

Ingredients

  • 50 grams plain rice;
  • 3 vegan sausages (I used Linda McCartney);
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 red pepper;
  • 1 garlic clove;
  • chili sauce (optional)

STEPS ON HOW TO MAKE THIS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. At the same time take 300ml of water and boil it, place the boiled water in a medium pan and turn the heating setting on 2-3;
  2. place the rice into the pan and cook for 10-15 minutes;
  3. when the oven as reached 180, put the sausages in and cook for 10 minutes;
  4. prepare your vegetables: cut the onion into fine pieces, and do the same with the pepper and garlic. Put all the veg into one bowl and keep to one side;
  5. drain the rice and place into your bowl of choice;
  6. take the veg and mix it in with the rice;
  7. take the sausages, cut them up and mix it together with the rice and veg mixture;
  8. drizzle chili sauce on top (optional);
  9. ENJOY! :D

Why these ingredients?

Garlic:
Depending on how we prepare our garlic depends on how much nutrients we get out of it; this is why I have suggested either: cutting or crushing. This increases the enzymes within the garlic, these enzymes can prevent cancer.

Onion:
Onions are a great antioxidant, they also contain low fat saturation, this won't clog up your arteries, as it reduces cholesterol, in comparison to a normal red or green onion, this is so much better for your mental and physical health.

This is the end of my blog post! Thank you all for being so patient with me, I have missed making these recipes, but unfortunately you will have to wait at least once a week for these; simply because I'm going to France Thursday, and I'm back at my training Monday and Tuesday. But I will be trying to create vegan recipes in France! I love you all so very much, and I love that you enjoy my blog posts! I am going to eat some lunch and finish getting ready :).
Have a lovely day and I will see you tomorrow with an advice blog post :).

Hello and good afternoon! How are you all today, and what have you been up to? I've been trying to hunt down a present for my boyfriend's brother; I think I'll have to order it online :).
As per usual the weather has been beautiful! I don't want it to stop, I'm sure you guys adore it as well :). Any how, I created a new pancake recipe this morning for breakfast, and I thought that it would be best to share it with you.
If you want to find out how to make this tasty meal, look below and enjoy :).

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup self-raising flour;
  • 1 cup almond milk;
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract;
  • 2 tbs sunflower oil;
  • 3 tbs peanut butter;
  • 10 grams walnuts (optional);
  • icing sugar (optional).

STEPS ON HOW TO MAKE THIS:

  1. Preheat the pan, put it on setting 4 or gas mark 4 (by the time you have made the mixture the pan will be hot enough);
  2. sift the flour into a bowl and add: vanilla, almond milk and oil;
  3. stir everything until combined, (should have an elastic texture);
  4. add the peanut butter and stir for 5 seconds, this ensures that there are peanut butter chunks in the pancake;
  5. spoon some of the mixture in the hot pan and cook on one side for 2 minutes, flip and cook for 2 minutes. Repeat until all the mixture is gone;
  6. plate up and sprinkle icing sugar and walnuts (optional);
  7. ENJOY! :D

Why these ingredients?

Almond milk:
Almond milk is filled with potassium, this helps prepare and enhance: cells, tissue and organs in the human body. This is essential in everyday life, you always need to repair yourself.

Walnuts:
Walnuts are enriched with vitamin E, this known for protection against toxins such as air pollution, premenstrual syndrome, eye disorders such as cataracts.
