Good evening! Yes I'm back again on the same day! It's been a few weeks that I've posted various blog posts on the same day; but I am so happy to finally be able to do this! The past few weeks have been really tough, I've been so miserable, I've been missing you guys most of all; your my little family; not talking to you as much has been heartbreaking :(.
This has been long overdue, but I have a VEGAN RECIPE UP AND RUNNING! AHHH! Sorry that you have had to wait this long, I just haven't had the time to get creative in the kitchen. I hope you enjoy this blog post! Lover you lots! :D

Ingredients:

  • 25 grams 100% dark chocolate;
  • 3 tbs self raising flour;
  • 3tbs almond milk;
  • 1 banana;
  • icing sugar (optional)

STEPS ON HOW TO MAKE THIS:

  1. Chop the chocolate into pieces and place into a glass bowl. Fill a medium pan with boiling water (boil the water before hand), turn the hob onto setting 1-2 and leave to simmer. Stir until melted;
  2. add the almond milk and stir into the chocolate until it's one colour;
  3. pick your desired mug (I made these measurements perfect for the mug I was baking in), pour the chocolate mixture into the mug and add the self-raising flour, stir until there are no lumps;
  4. mash the banana up with a folk , or blend it and add it to the cake mixture, stir until fully combined;
  5. put in the microwave for 2 minutes;
  6. tip the mug upside down, and sprinkle icing sugar (optional);
  7. ENJOY! :D

Why these ingredients?

Banana:
Banana's are filled with potassium, this mineral helps function and repair: cells, tissue and muscle within the body. It also makes you feel more energised by sending electrolyte (an element which sends electricity around the body); along with sodium etc.

Almond milk:
Almond milk is filled with potassium, this helps prepare and enhance: cells, tissue and organs in the human body. This is essential in everyday life, you always need to repair yourself.

This is the end of my blog post! I am so happy to be back in the game once again! I have been waiting to post like this for a while now! Advice-IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome)

Living with IBS

Good afternoon Little ones! How have you been today? I've been doing my last week of training, mixed with preparing for University, it's literally so crazy! I'm sorry that I haven't been posting regularly, I hate that I'm not posting everyday; but as soon as I get into University and have my timetable I will be back to normal!
As you can tell by the title of the blog post I am going to be telling you about my history with IBS and what it's all about! If you suffer from this condition, or just want to find out what it's like to live with have a little read down below :).

If you want to read other advice blog posts, click here!

WHAT IS IBS?

IBS, which is also stands for Irritable Bowel Syndrome. It's a condition that affects your large intestine (colon), it causes it pass food through your system as fast as possible; which means everything that you eat goes through you! It makes you insanely bloated, and the pain is immense, (the pain does vary); in my case the pain is so bad I pass out. With IBS it's a chronic long term problem, some cases worse than others, you may have to go to the doctors to maintain the pain, or to keep food down. For example, IBS can last a few hours, or a few days, it depends what's causing it. IBS can be caused from particular foods or major anxiety, which is what I suffer from, this is a huge factor for why I get IBS so often.

SHOULD I GO TO THE DOCTOR?

Fundamentally, this is all based on how much pain you can take, and if you feel that this is a major concern. When it came to me I felt like I left it too late, simply because I would suffer with IBS at least once a month, for that one day of the month I would be in excruciating pain, could not move in the slightest; and it would last AT LEAST 6 hours ... Yes I would sit on the toilet for that amount of time. Let me talk about the bloating! I would be insanely swollen and bloated! I would look pregnant, that's the gas in your stomach expanding; IT DOES GO DOWN! Don't worry! When this first happened to me I was panicking, it takes a day or so to go back to normal; so don't worry :).
If this is happening to you very frequently, I was suggest that you head over a doctor, they will then be able to give you medication for your: pain, swelling and anxiety. Evidently, anxiety is a seperate issue; but if it interlinks with your IBS then your doctor can suggest if not give you new medication which suits your needs :).

MY IBS STORIES:

  • Caught in London:
    This happened 2 years ago, I was visiting a guy I was talking to in London, he was based in Kingston; this was the first time I was going there in my life! I was new to traveling alone, and testing the waters in a place like London was wrong! I remember arriving at Finsbury Park, heading down the stairs to the underground, and that's when the anxiety hit. My heart was pounding, the fear of getting lost or hurt was constantly spiraling around my mind until I arrived at Kingston. When I met up with the guy I was completely fine, I was happy that I was getting to know him more as well the area; Kingston is beautiful! After 3 hours of being there I started feeling a slight pain in my stomach, I knew straight away that it was IBS; but I put it to the back of my mind and tried to ignore it. NOT THE THING TO DO! After 20 minutes of me trying to ignore it, a wave of pain paralyzed my entire body, I could not move; I literally fell to the floor. I remember waking up with Mark (the guy I was talking to), he helped me up, I was BLOATED! I remember sitting up and being in so much pain. It then struck that I needed to get home; but I was 2 hours away. I had to go on 3 seperate trains, including the London underground. The longer I held this in for made the pain even worse, I collapsed again on the London underground, this time a doctor that was on the train calmed me down and carried me to my final train, luckily he was from Welwyn (Where I live) and helped me home. The thing with IBS, is that you can't do anything, you just need a toilet ;').
    I phoned my Dad, and he picked me up from the Welwyn train station and drove me home as fast as he could. When I arrived home I was on the toilet for 4 hours ... A lot of YouTube videos were watched in that time, and also to distract the pain.
  • The middle of the night:
    Fundamentally, I'm a VERY deep sleeper, so deep that a fire alarm won't wake me up ... Yes I'm being serious. So the fact that IBS did was shocking! All I remember is a strange dream, I was being stabbed over and over again, more like a nightmare right? :').
    I could feel everything! I woke up, and my stomach was on fire! I assumed that it had taken a few hours, as I was extremely bloated, and the pain was so intense! It was dead on 3am, I crawled to the bathroom with my duvet and rocked back and forth. The pain was out of this world, IBS pain is the worst pain I have ever felt; I would rather someone punch me in the face. After 3 hours I was exhausted, I wanted this to end, so I got up and went to bed. Not even 5 minutes passed and I had to rush back to the toilet ... 9am came around and I was done, I was finished on the loo! 6 hours! That was the longest time I have ever spent in the bathroom! After that IBS episode I went to bed and woke up later that afternoon, I tried to eat a dry bit of toast and that went right through me. It took 3 days before I could hold any food down at all.
IBS that lasted 10 days:This was the most recent episode, as you may or may not already know, I have just come back from France, it was my first time abroad. Anxiety was surrounding me as per usual, mixed with different food and living environment. After 3 days of being there a constant pain in my stomach lived there, everything I ate and drank increased the pain,I would try and go to the toilet but nothing would come out; I was terribly bloated and the pain was like IBS. The week passes by and the pain is still there, I'm still able to keep food down, but I didn't want to eat because it hurt so much. As soon as I get back to the UK I'm terribly sick, everything I'm eating is going through me, I lost quite a bit of weight, the pain was getting worse and worse. This was absolutely terrifying! After 5 days of not being able to eat or keep food down I went to the doctors, they were worried that it might of been something else, but they came to the conclusion that it was IBS; but because of the climate change it had made the IBS even worse. They gave me medication which reduced the swelling, pain, and widened my intestines, this enabled me to eat without it hurting as it would make room for the food. After two days of this medication it enabled me to be able to keep hold of my food, it was still going through me; but not as fast as previous days. A full 10 days pass and I'm finally able to eat proper food while keeping it down at the same time. It was so scary for me, this was a different perspective of IBS that I had never experienced. Just to let you know, especially people that suffer with IBS it can last a few hours to a few days, if you are really worried go to the doctors and get checked out; that's what I did.

This is the end of my blog post! I am very sorry that this has taken so LONG! I HAVE FINALLY FINISHED MY TRAINING! I am able to write as many blog posts as possible now, which I love! I will be doing a University blog post soon! And when I move into my new home I will give you a flat tour as well! I hope you have had a lovely day, I start my new job tomorrow and I am so excited!
I hope you have all been well, I love you all so very much! See you tomorrow with a vegan recipe!
I love you again! Stay safe and stay tuned Little ones :) x x x

Product Review-Lee Stafford hair care

Lee Stafford CoCo LoCo Coconut Spritz

DISCLAIMER: I have not been paid by Lee Stafford, I came across their products a few years ago when I started dying my hair. When I saw that they came out with a new range, I went into my pocket and bought the range. I've fallen in love with it and decided to review it.

Good Afternoon! I am ever so sorry that this has taken a VERY long time to post, around a week or so now! I had been back from France not even a day and I was seriously ill. I'm still in the recovery process; but I'm now able to obtain the strength to write! If you want to know what I was suffering with please let me know and I will give you an insight on that in more detail :). Any how, how have you guys been? Summer been good? :).
As you may know I LOVE reviewing great products! And I have been dying to review this hair product for a matter of days now! But here it is! If you want to know detailed information about this product and if it's for you, then have a little read down below :).

If you want to read another review, click here!

MY HAIR TYPE:

Profoundly, my hair type is smack bang in the middle! Not too thick, not too thin, but this really does depend. For example, if I was to cut my hair really short my hair would be immensely thick, but my hair being rather long it thins out ever so slightly; which I love, especially in the summer as my hair doesn't drown me too much. On the other hand, my hair is quite dry on some days, and with the British Summer being intense it's done some damage to my hair; and traveling to France didn't help either. In terms of my hair appearing greasy it's pretty much non-existent, this week was the test as I wasn't well enough to wash my hair ... I went 5 or more days without washing it, and it still appeared dry, my mum said, "have you just washed your hair, it looks clean?". I was utterly shocked and honored in a strange way, that I could not wash my hair and it still looks good :').

PACKAGING:

Stunning! The champagne rose gold bottle is enchanting, it appears refreshing and reminds me of an innocent rose. When you look at the fine details, the name 'Lee Stafford' and the dog logo was rose gold; this interlinked with the pink bottle and showed me that Lee Stafford cares about what his packing looks like, he wants it to be consistent. In a consumers perspective it gives me a good first impression, if something looks good I have the expectation that the product inside is going to be just as good; which in this case was a massive YES!
On the other hand, I love that the bold text is in the significant hot pink colour; this is what Lee Stafford always uses on his other hair products. This is the only time that Lee Stafford has updated his packing, and that was for the CoCo LoCo edition, in my opinion I really like the change, I feel like he should do this for new ranges. For example, if he bought out a new range for just thick hair, he should have a separate colour for that, it easier to catagorise, especially if he did it for all hair types.

THE PRODUCT:

In regards to this product, it's fantastic and let me tell you why. Like some spray in hair conditioners they weigh your hair down, and make it appear greasy. Whereas this one is light, and no matter how much you spray on there it doesn't look greasy. It also smells extremely refreshing, it feels like I'm smelling a real coconut. I hate it when I buy a hair product and it smells fake, or the scent is too overpowering; whereas the CoCo LoCo has a slight smell of real coconut, which is nice when you are spraying it on your hair, simply because it's not intense.
On the other hand, after you have applied this to the hair and brushed it in, it leaves your hair silky smooth and reduces the chance of getting split ends. This is because pure coconut oils have been placed in this bottle, not only is it natural but it gives the best results. It also strengthens your hair, I have noticed this over the past month using this product.

THE PRICE:

Fundamentally, this hair product retails for £5.99! This is fantastic! I was utterly shocked, simply because I've never seen anything so low priced in the Lee Stafford collection. And after seeing the results this gave me I stocked up on another one of these and gave it to my boyfriend ... He's obsessed with it! He loves the smell, as well as his hair being damage free. For £5.99 you get 150ml, I have been using mine for a month, and I apply it to my hair at least 4 times a week! And I haven't even gone through half the bottle yet; completely worth the money in my opinion!

Hello everyone! It's been a great afternoon so far, been doing a little shopping, hopefully heading off to the beach again soon! But right now we are resting up and waiting for the weather to cool down; I don't want to be getting burnt on the beach now! But before I head out, I thought that it would be fantastic to share my first trip to the beach here in France! If you want to have a little adventure have a little read down below! Enjoy! :)

If you want to read another little adventure, click here!

My experience:

Fundamentally, this was the third day in France, which would have been the 7th August! Me and Chris were dying to go to the beach, especially me because I haven't been to one in over 10 years! As soon as I arrived I ran onto the sand within nano seconds! The feeling of the warm golden sand beneath my feet was heaven. I was in my happy place, I could taste the salt on my lips, the wind lifting my hair and diminishing the heat and being able to experience this with my loving boyfriend, Christopher. We were there for 3-4 hours at the VERY least, mostly we were laying in the sun side by side, chatting about how we would love to come here again; on top of the fact that we have nearly been together for a year. We had the perfect view, people watching became our thing, we would try and guess their life-stories and relate to them in some way shape and form. On the other hand, we just enjoyed each others company, we were rather soppy, people around us probably thought we were cringy.  In regards to the weather, it was lovely, it wasn't too hot or cold, it was perfect to put your toes in the sea, or more if you wanted to. As you can see in the picture above, me and Chris are very happy, he's my rainbow.

Have I been ever since?

No. But I have been so busy on the family days out and getting to know everyone that we just haven't had time, but I'm hoping that today or tomorrow I will be able to. I really enjoyed heading to the beach, it's something that I have wanted to do for years; but due to personal issues I couldn't; meaning my anxiety. On the other hand, if I do go again I will tell you what happened, as well as what else I have done throughout the day.

What could you do on the beach?

If  you are lucky enough to live near a beach, of if you are currently on holiday there are so many things you can do on the beach! One of them being, laying in the sun listening to music! There is nothing better than getting a healthy tan and listening to your favourite tunes; it takes you to another world and releases all the stress your containing.
If you are not into that, you can always grab some healthy food, when I was at the peach I bought so much fruit with me; it signified summer and positivity, and I felt content eating it as I knew that it was great for my body and health. Or if  you want you can bring sporting equipment and play in the sea or on the sand, this is energetic and lots of fun! It's great to pass time and to get other people involved :).

This is the end of my blog post! Thank you for reading this and I hope you enjoyed this! I love telling you about my day and bringing you with me, I just wish you were here as well having fun!
Anyhow, what have you been up to today? Or what do you want to talk about? Let me know on my social media or the comment section down below :).
I will see you not tomorrow but the day after as it's my year anniversary with Christopher tomorrow, and yes I will be writing a blog post based on that :).
Have a lovely day! Stay safe and stay tuned Little ones, I love you :) x x x

Good morning you lovely people! I'm chilling inside as it's way too hot for me, but while waiting for Christopher to prepare his speech, I took the opportunity to write this blog post. As you may be aware, and if you are not, I am currently in France! Really content and overwhelmed with the beauty surrounding me. But I wanted to show you what I saw getting to Ploemeur, and also what my surroundings were like when I arrived.
I hope you enjoy this little adventure  and have a lovely day :).

If you want to read another little adventure, click here!

This was the first picture that I took when I entered the boat, it started moving ever so slightly, I took the opportunity to grab a photograph, as I wanted to capture every moment of me travelling to another country. This to me is highly significant, as it shows my baby steps of leaving behind my anxiety and trying something completely new. On the other hand, when I snapped this picture, I was overwhelmed with the emerald water and dancing waves, it's such a magnificent view, and I will cherish it until I see it again.
Mike (boyfriends dad) took this photograph, this is when I started to feel brave moving around the deck, simply because the boat was terribly rocky, one wrong step and over you go! This is Christopher, my beloved boyfriend, he's  so sweet and kind, and also made me feel safe  for this picture to be taken. As you can see my arms are wrapped around him, and the height difference is uncanny! He's massive in comparison; but this means I can fit inside his arms easily :').
He makes me extremely happy and I love that when I look at this photo I can remember stumbling around and struggling to see as the sun was blinding me.
Can we just take a minute to discuss how beautiful this view is! The sky in alight! This is what makes me content, a clear crisp sky and fresh salty water, I can almost taste the fresh sea salt on my lips while riding the sea. I also remember being really close to France, we were only 30 minutes  away! I was tingling with excitement, another part of our journey was soon to be over, and I couldn't wait to ge to my final destination.

Cuteness. Looks like butter wouldn't melt, Sam and Chris are adorable! I had to really try and get Sam to smile in this one, it's not like he hates his picture taken (it is); but he thinks "it's not cool" to have a picture with you r brother :'). These two chums really make my day; there arguments are entertaining and ever so silly, for example arguing who would get the last sweet :'). I had to sit on the boat with them for 4 hours watching them bicker; oh it was fun..

I was feeling brave! This is when I gained the confidence to put my phone over the edge of the boat, not going to lie it took me a few goes as I was shaking so much! But I managed to take a good looking image; you can see the waves crashing against the boat; it's abstract art. On the other hand, it reminds me of my hair going crazy, and that it took me a good 10 minutes to brush the sea salt out of my hair. But it was worth the tugging, because I was able to capture and create long lasting memory.

He's not my biological brother, but I consider him my baby bro. I love him so much, he's full of SO much energy and happiness. He never fails to make me laugh, whenever I feel down he wipes it all away. This little guy isn't so little anyway, he's nearly as tall as me! I've known him for a year and I've loved every moment, I remember when we first met, and he was absolutely terrified of me! But now he'll happily hug and annoy me; just like a normal little brother.

This was when I saw another country for the first time in my life! I rushed out and took as many photos as I physically could! Obviously I haven't put them all here because you would have been bored of seeing the same thing over and over again. I was so pleased and stunned, I was in disbelieve, simply because this was the first time I was going abroad, and it wasn't with my immediate family. In regards to this image, I love the fresh pea grass, and the beautiful architecture luring in the background.
I captured this when me and the family came out of the boat, this was the first thing that I properly seen in France! The sky is enriching and stunning! The golden fields is a bundle of joy and the grass sings with such beauty. I wanted to get of the car and dive into the field! I assume that because I'm so short I would have been lost amongst the golden stems.

When I arrived at the farm Nanny France showed me my bedroom, this is what I saw outside of my window! Absolutely breathtaking don't you think? I'm a sucker for flowers so I was happy just staying there and relaxing. I couldn't believe what was in front of me! Beats my back-garden any day! This was at 9:00 pm, and there was still more to explore!

Profoundly, where I am in France-Plomeur it's based in the middle of nowhere, I'm on a Farm! Which is ever so exciting! You do't get the loud cars or people stumbling along the street because they have had too much to drink. You get wonderful wildlife, chickens being one of them. I could hear them before I could see, they sound humorous, and their actions match this. I love the way they bob their heads up and down, and flap their wings simultaneously.

These three images blew my mind, I was walking through the farm trying to find some cows as Sam wanted me to get over my fear of cows. but I was distracted by the shear beauty of the sunset, it was something that I have never seen before in the UK and it was beyond stunning. I felt like I was in a fairy-tale, living in the moment was so much better than this picture; but this is the best I could possibly do for you guys.

MY THOUGHTS OF THIS DAY:

First and foremost, I was happy none the less, this was more than what I was expecting! I was in another country, 19 years of existence and I had finally landed in another country. I will be exploring more and more each day, and with this comes meeting new people. I have already met Chris' entire French side of the family, and I love each and everyone of them. They are so kind and welcoming; but evidently there is a language barrier for me as I can't understand French; whereas: Sam, Chris and Anne do, as they are French. I just get them to translate for me, which is frustrating at times because I wish I could just have a fluent conversation with someone.
I am really enjoying myself so far, and I can't wait to share what else I have done so far this holiday :).

This is the end of the blog post, I'm ever so sorry that this took a few days to get up, I've been so busy! Plus the internet connection isn't the best here; but it's better than the hotel. I will hopefully be posting a similar blog post tomorrow, but it really does depend on what we are doing; we have no set plans here we just go with the flow!
I love you all so very much! I  will see you soon! If you want to keep up to do with what I do daily use my social media down below :).

Advice-traveling abroad for the first time

Traveling abroad for the first time nerves

Good evening Little ones! How have you been today? I’ve been on land and sea for over 8 hours! I’m so happy to be in France at this very moment in time, it’s absolutely stunning, although it’s pitch black, from the scenery I’ve witnessed getting here was breathtaking. This was the first time in my entire life that I had visited another country, I can't wait to take you all along with me day by day.
Any how, I was evidently extremely nervous, but I knew how to deal with it, so I thought that I would share my thoughts and feelings and tell you how to keep your nerves at bay.

If you want to read other advice blog posts, click here!

Background information:

Fundamentally, as some of you may already know I suffer with anxiety and depression, and in some situations it draws them out more so. Especially if I have no idea where I am, or if I'm out of my comfort zone, me heading to France for the first time was VERY nerve-wreaking for me, but thanks to my new beautiful family they were there to support me. Something else which I thought would be best to tell you, is that I get travel sick ... Horrendously with cars, and now boats, as I discovered today. But all in all it was a successful journey, and I'm finally in another country! After 19 years of living, and I'm out of the UK!

Tips to calm your nerves:

  • Surround yourself with family:
    If this is your first time abroad and you are nervous, make sure that you surround yourself with family or friends. This way they know that you are anxious about your current situation and they can make you feel at ease. This is exactly what I did today, they knew how I felt and they dealt with it extremely well, they are so understanding and supportive; and for that I love and thank them very much :).
    In addition to this, it will also pass the time quicker, the more time you spend with your family and friends, the faster the time goes! Plus it creates more memories and happy times. For example, when I was in the car earlier on today I will never forget me and Sam (boyfriends brother) dancing in the backseat, he;s ever so funny and knows how to calm me down and make me feel welcome.
  • Listen to music:
    When I am traveling around London, I have become accustomed to have headphones with me at all times. When I start to feel anxious I pop them in and start listening to music, this way it takes my mind off the situation I am in. It also lowers my anxiety levels, as I can't hear the people around me, as they spread negativity most of the time, as they don't particularly like the underground either. By eliminating the negativity and stress, you are able to focus on yourself, and yourself only. If you can feel yourself slipping into a panic attack, you are able to take control of the situation and step back.
  • Watch a film or read a book:
    I wish I could have done this today, I tried but because of being so travel sick one look at a book and I would have been sick all over the place. But if you don't have this issue go ahead and read/watch films to your hearts content! Your day will fly by and you will start to forget where you are completely, as you are taken away in your own world. Additionally, depending on how long the journey is you can watch as many films as you like, which will not only make you feel better; but you can discuss it with the family later on.
This is the end of the blog post! Sorry that it was so short, but a little advice post doesn't hurt! Although tomorrow I have something exciting for you all! I will be showing you what I saw today and writing about how I felt at that moment in time! It should be up tomorrow afternoon, if not then night-time. Throughout this week I won't have many vegan recipes, but I will try as hard as I can.
I love you all so very much! I hope you have had a lovely day, I will see you tomorrow! Sweet dreams, stay safe and stay tuned :) x x x

Good afternoon Little ones! What have you been doing today? I've been helping my boyfriend pack for France, as well as saying goodbye to my family. It's been a long but exciting day for me, I go abroad for the first time in my life tomorrow! And yes, of course I will be taking you along with me! I can't leave you lot out!
Any how, I have a review for you today! I went to get my hair cut (she cut WAY TOO much off), but while I was in there I brought a new hair brush, my hair is so thick my elite tangle teezer wasn't doing the job. If you want to know more about this particular product have a little read down below, hope you enjoy :).

PACKAGING:

Professional and beautiful. This compact hairbrush reminds me of delightful berries, bursting with optimism and elegance. When I saw this brush I was taken back by the beauty and colour, it's absolutely breathtaking; it makes me feel content; simply because I own something so vibrant; it will light up the entire room. Just like other Tangle Teezer products, this thick&curly brush ticks all the boxes in their criteria; colour being one of them, unique bristle and shape of the brush. For example, when I look at this brush, without even taking a glance at the brand I know that it's from Tangle Teezer, they are the only brand that produces hair brushes in this fashion. In regards to the shape of the brush, it makes it easy to hold and brush your hair; especially when you have really thick hair like me! I can't tell you how many times I would drop my hair brush due to my hair being too thick with the elite version. The thick&curly edition have thicker rods in the brush, as well as having more of them all together. This is because people with thicker hair need something stronger, than just the average Joe.

THE PRODUCT:

Fantastic! I have no faults with this product at all! I have brought 3 Tangle Teezers and all have worked perfectly fine, apart from the fact that the Elite would fall out of my hands; due to my hair being so thick. Tangle Teezer products have always met my needs and expectations. They look fantastic, they are always so innovative, they follow their own rules and don't copy any other company in the market. In addition to this, I find that these products are very long lasting! For example, I've had 3 within 2-3 years; but that's not because they weren't working, it was because I wanted to buy their new range of colours and patterns. On the other hand, this is the ONLY hair brush that I have used, and it's not damaged, pulled or hurt my head when using it. You know those days where you get knots from hell? This demolishes them within seconds, and does not hurt! And believe me, I hate it when I have to spend hours on my hair, and most of that was down to a crappy hair brush. In terms of washing this brush, you can simply take a baby-wipe and clean the edges, as well as this, taking hair out of this sucker is easy as pie! It comes away with one pull, don't believe me? Try it and you will be amazed!

PRICE:

I'm not going to beat around the bush here, this product retails for £10.60. Some people may think that this is "too expensive", but how much do you normally spend on a hair brush? £3-4? But how long does that last you? And how much is that actually benefiting your hair? If you keep repurchasing cheap hairbrushes, which aren't doing you any good, you are actually spending more money for a product that isn't worth it. Whereas if you pay for this brush then and there, it will last you AT LEAST one year, at most 3 YEARS! 3 years for one brush, that's amazing don't you think? Within that time frame you will probably buy at least 10 cheap brushes, which end up not being so cheap as you keep buying into them.
Overall, this is a product worth buying, it's high quality, lasts a long time, and it comes in such a beautiful berry colour.

This is the end of my blog post! Thank you so much for reading! I'm very sorry that this took such a while to post, this was meant to be up this afternoon! But packing for France and helping out here and there took control :). But hey ho! This is up and running! I hope you enjoyed this Little read! If you already have this product, or you are considering purchasing one, don't be afraid to start a conversation with me; I will happily respond and answer your questions :).
I love you all so very much, and I will see you tomorrow with an advice blog post, and a little adventure one, (if I have time).

Underground anxiety

Good morning my lovely people! I'm up nice and early as per usual. Today I am heading back home, but instead of getting a lift I'm taking the train and then the London underground ... At 5pm. As you know that's CRAZY; and this fills me with MASSIVE anxiety. I thought that it would be helpful to share my thoughts, as you can relate; as well as, giving you ideas on how to deal with these situations.
If you think this will help you, or someone you know, give this a little read! I hope you enjoy the rest of your day, tell me what you have been up to :).

Background information:

Some of you aren't aware, but I suffer with anxiety, it's been a huge factor of my life since I can remember. It's grown and developed into something ugly, I worry about silly things at time, and my common fears have grown out of proportion. Traveling being one of them. I have fears of people driving WAY too fast, planes crashing, being trapped in the underground. You name it and I have most likely thought about it and panicked at the same time.

The London Underground:

CHAOTIC! The London underground is commonly associated with: errors, overcrowding and ANXIETY! If you are claustrophobic, The London Underground probably isn't your thing, London in general is a very scary place; people swarming to and fro, having to follow the flow of people as there are too many going in one direction; getting stressed and frustrated with people that lack common sense. But the worst aspect of London would be the travel side of things, a popular one in general ... The Underground. The Underground for me is still a very overwhelming situation, I tend to try and walk everywhere (within reason); but when I can't I dread the other option. As soon as you enter the tunnel, you are faced with an ashy smell, as well as hundreds of people sweating. The overcrowding on the platform is terrifying! If you are at the front, you are facing the tracks ... If you fall, game over. Looking down and fearing for your life, the impatient people shoving you forward...So frustrating. Then you have to get on the train ... There's no point looking for a seat, finding space on the train is the main concern. If you are one of those "lucky" people, well done you have made it on. But you are forced to face armpits, faces, train doors. It's so uncomfortable to be so close to somebody you have't met, but you get used it.

How to get over the underground/not panic as much:

  • Get used to your surroundings:
    If you are put in a position where you have to use The Underground on a daily basis, you have to get used to the fact that you have to do this. Get used to how busy it gets, and come to terms with it. You know what to expect, and you will learn how to deal with it. On the other hand, if you know what time it gets hectic, go earlier. This is what I do, when I had to go to London on a daily basis, I went an hour earlier, yes I had less sleep; but I would rather this, than having a panic attack and slowing everyone down.
  • Bring someone you know:
    If you know someone that is going to London that day, or you know that a work colleague goes the same route as you; make them your travel companion. There is no better way to calm yourself down; by telling that person how you feel; releasing these thoughts and feelings are crucial, especially when caused with anxiety. In most cases the person that you are talking to will be able to relate, simply because no one enjoys the underground; who else would like being stuck under someones sweaty armpit? Not me.
This is the end of the blog post! Thank you for reading this, I hope this helps in some way shape and form. I have JUST come back home! I have eaten food and finally had time to set up and rest. I'm really sorry that this took such a long time to post, I wrote this out this morning; but I needed good WiFi in order to post this! I hope you have had a lovely day! I will see you again tomorrow with a vegan recipe and another advice blog post! I love you all so very much! I can't wait to see you again tomorrow! Sleep tight my lovely people!
Stay safe and stay tuned :) x x x
