  • 2tbs olive oil

Ingredients for the topping:

  • 3tbs red pesto sauce;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 garlic clove;
  • 1 chili;
  • parsley

STEPS ON HOW TO MAKE THIS:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180;
  2. prepare your vegetables, chop the: onion, garlic, chili and parsley;
  3. Sift your flower into a bowl, and create a circle in the middle;
  4. Pour the water and oil into the bowl and mix;
  5. place the dough onto a flat surface, place flour into your hands and start to kneed the dough; do this for 5 minutes;
  6. place the dough on greaseproof paper and roll the dough with a rolling pin until it's as thick as you want it to be;
  7. spread the red pesto sauce onto the dough evenly;
  8. place the: garlic, onion and chili onto the pizza;
  9. put into the oven for 20 minutes, and turn halfway;
  10. put the pizza on the plate and sprinkle chopped parsley
  11. ENJOY! :D

Why these ingredients?

Garlic:
Depending on how we prepare our garlic depends on how much nutrients we get out of it; this is why I have suggested either: cutting or crushing. This increases the enzymes within the garlic, these enzymes can prevent cancer.

Parsley:
Parsley has a huge amount of vitamin K, this helps builds bones and heals heart disease. in addition to this, parsley also has vitamin A, which as we already know is great for our eyes, and acts as a fantastic antioxidant.

Red pesto:
Pesto is enriched with vitamins A and C, this helps boost your immune system, this will help fight infection, while keeping you fit and healthy. Whereas vitamin A is good is amazing for you eye health; it makes them stronger as well as being a great antioxidant.

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to read this post! I hope you have had a lovely day! Stay tuned Little ones, and I will see you soon :) x x x
